Muy cerca de la parada del metro, barrio tranquilo con mucha cantidad de negocios y supermercados. Ubicación estupenda

Tened en cuenta que baño y cocina son muy pequeños pero para pocos días te acomodas. La ducha no traga bien el agua.

1. Living room and bedroom were very nicely decorated and we liked the furnishings. 2. Proximity to loads of food shops, boulangeries etc. 3. Literally a few steps away from Guy Moquet metro station. 4. Apartment was clean - interesting old building with a wide spiral type staircase. 5. My friend said that the bed was very comfortable. 6. Instructions clear for access and obtaining key.

1. Sofa bed was not made up on arrival as promised. There were no extra sheets so I couldn't make up the sofa bed and had no sheet to put over me whilst sleeping. I reported this repeatedly and although a new, clean duvet was delivered, it was 2 days before a sheet was delivered with an extra fan (after contacting customer services at booking.com) so I had to place the duvet on the sofa and sleep on it. The room was very warm due to the heatwave so thankfully I managed without a sheet over me although having to sleep on the duvet instead of a thin sheet wasn't ideal. 2. Apartment very hot due to heatwave. No air con. No ceiling fans. Only 1 small noisy fan in bedroom which we moved to the living room as it was hotter there. Eventually after 2 days another better fan was delivered but kind of too little too late. 3. Kitchenette is so small that you cannot stand at the sink and have the window open. 4. Bathroom is so tiny that you need to be a contortionist to use the tiny sink and the toilet is so close to the shower cubicle that you're pressed up against it whilst doing the necessary. Also be careful when making your way down the toilet that you don't hit your head on the wall!
