Very comfortable and clean stay in charming apartment

The apartment is spacious and very clean. It is a comfortable stay, in an ideally situated and charming apartment. The owner is very friendly and helpful, I appreciated h.is flexibility, allowing us to checkout a bit later.

The mattress of the main bed is not firm enough to our taste but this is a personal opinion.

Very good accomodation for a decent price

This is a well-equipped appartement with dishes and glasses and everything - even boiler and coffee machine. It also has a microwave and actual oven. The rooms are spacious and the host was really nice. There was a heating - both in the bedroom and in the living room. There were pillows and covers. The flat is very close to metro (Garibaldi) and tram (Porte Saint Ouen) - so no problem for getting to the city center.

The windows could not prevent noice from inside, somebody has smoked heavily in the rooms - so it retained the smell of nicotine. No problem for me and my wife - we are ex-smokers both but could trouble someone. The elevator was broken when we got there - but the next day it was ok.

Tutto perfetto

Appartamento pulito, funzionale ,comodo con cucina accessoriata. Perfetto soprattutto per chi viaggia in famiglia. Vicino a supermarket e a 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata metro Garibaldi.

Suggerisco al momento della conferma prenotazione di fornire al cliente i codici delle porte in modo da potere essere autonomi.

Un appartement pratique et agréable à St Ouen

Un appartement spacieux, très propre et bien aménagé et équipé dans une rue sympathique. La chambre est très reposant. Le lit de très bonne qualité. Arrivée autonome pratique. Merci pour le thé et le café.

Posizione ottimale per raggiungere Montmartre. Apertura con chiave in piccola cassaforte. Location pulita e accogliente

Avrei preferito trovare il divano letto aperto con lenzuola pronte. Pertanto il mio consiglio all'host è di quello di predisporre il tutto a seconda del tipo di prenotazione. Nel mio caso eravamo in 4 e alle 22 sono stato costretto a fare il letto per i bambini. Purtroppo se ci sono ospiti al check out non hanno possibilità di fare deposito bagagli (io ho dovuto recarmi presso i classici depositi a pagamento)

Boulangerie L'Atelier Gabriel is schuin aan de overkant. In een straal van 10 min lopen is er een heleboel te vinden, van slager, supermarkt, café, restaurant en Metro station. Appartement: Hierin is alles te vinden wat je nodig hebt voor een verblijf, van goede sanitair tot slaapkamer met kasten, keuken met alle benodigheden (Koelkast, magnetron, waterkoker enz enz.) Geen parking gekoppeld aan het appartement. Er is wel een openbare Parkeergarage, alleen heb ik geen ervaring mee, ik heb Parkeergarage niet gebruikt. Mijn auto stond voor de deur en ik heb betaald met een parkeer app Easypark NL maar werkt ook in Parijs. Betaald parkeren van 09.00 tot 19.00 uur.

Bien relación calidad-precio

La comunicación con los anfitriones fue muy rápida y cómoda. Nos dejaron salir una hora más tarde para nuestra comodidad, muy de agradecer. Está ubicado a pocos minutos de la estación de metro Garibaldi, cómoda para poder movernos en cualquier dirección.

Le faltan toallas de ducha, no tenía para 4 personas.

Apartamento muito bom, compacto mas bem completo. Muito limpo, organizado, de ótima localização, próximo a supermercados, restaurantes, estações de metrô e farmácia, além do chuveiro excelente!!

Hermoso departamento súper completo uno se siente como en su casa , hasta el último detalle está cuidado . No le falta nada . Lo recomiendo

Lo único es que está un poco alejado del centro de Paris , y atractivos pero se combina fácilmente con la línea de metro.

Ottimo appartamento

Appartamento molto accogliente, con giusti spazi: il bagno spazioso e fornito, cucina grande con ogni attrezzatura (microonde, lavastoviglie, macchina del caffè, forno, tostapane, frigorifero). La fermata della Metropolitana è vicinissima; linea M13 è raggiungibile attraversando due sole vie. L'host ci ha portato la valigia al portone Il letto matrimoniale comodissimo, il divano letto va bene finché lo occupano i bambini.

Un po' scomodo avere solo due asciugamani grandi (medi: 160x60) sarebbe consigliabile fornire i 200x60 per ogni giorno di alloggio. L'ascensore piccolo (quanto uno sgabuzzino).
