Come and discover Cosi, a very beautiful light and quiet Parisian apartment of 30 m2 for four people. Located in Saint-Ouen 300 m from Paris at the foot of metro Garibaldi, near fleas, shops and the market, it will be ideal for your professional or tourist stay.

You will be 10 minutes from the station St Lazare, 15 minutes from the Opera Garnier and 25 minutes from Chatelet.

It consists of a bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed (comfort) and a lift table, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower.

The property owners are thoughtful, communicative and lovely. The flat is clean, bright and has everything you may need. The metro station is close walking distance (with the 14 accessible by a slightly farther walk) meaning you can easily access anywhere in Paris. A lovely stay!

The communication from the hosts,Bernard and Aude, has been excellent. I would describe the apartment as French bijou. It was furnished well and was very clean. There was plenty of cooking utensils, crockery etc.although there are lots of restaurants nearby. The apartment is situated about 100m from the Garibaldi metro and so it was very easy to traverse Paris. As stated in the description, the apartment is up 4 flights of steps which is good exercise! The largest flea market with over 2500 stalls is situated a few streets away. There are plenty of supermarkets and shops nearby and it was great to go and get fresh baguettes from the boulangerie each morning. Again there are plenty of patisseries which should satisfy anyone with a sweet tooth. In summary, I would have no hesitation in recommending this VRBO property.

Owners were a family who lived in the bulding--very kind and helpful to us and available. Apartment was nicely arranged and decorated. Proximity to the metro/train is reachable, but a bit of a walk. Unit is on the 4th floor, no elevator available.

We could not have been happier with our choice to spend a week at Bernard's apartment when we were visiting France. The apartment is clean, bright, comfortable, and has all the amenities that one would need; ample supply of kitchen equipment, laundry, great shower, big bed, comfortable couch, and a few minutes walk to groceries, bakery. cafes, metro. Bernard and Aude were very welcoming hosts and available for assistance if needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Thank you Bernard and Aude for sharing your lovely spot with us.

Perfect, reasonable accommodations right next to the metro, eating options and bars. Beds were comfortable - we had our kids in the pull out which was a comfy one as well. We didn’t end up using the kitchen as we were gone all day in the city but looked well stocked. The metro is less than a block away but did find it gets quite busy and uncomfortable heading out of the city back in the evenings. Communication and welcome was great. Would definitely stay again.

My wife and I recently traveled to Paris and we needed a place to stay that was clean, reasonably priced, and close to many of the landmark sites we wanted to visit. This apartment fit our requirements completely. It was clean, well appointed, and near to several major transportation hubs. Our hosts, Bernard and Aude, went out of their way to ensure our stay was exceptional. When we learned there were on-going strikes and protests going on in Paris, Bernard provided these nervous Americans with some much-needed assurance that all was well. We are so glad we took his advice and kept our original plans intact. Our visit to Paris was memorable and we're grateful to Bernard and Aude for their guidance and hospitality!

The apartment is small and comfortable. There is everything you need. The host is amazing and she lives close by if you ever need anything. She also provided us with Champaign when we arrived which we really enjoyed. I would definitely stay here again. The only down side is there is no elevator so you have to walk up to the fourth floor but it’s great exercise.

The flat is located in a bustling district with boulangeries, supermarkets, good restaurants and in 5 minutes walk from the nearest metro station, direct line to Champs Elysee. It's light and warm, the radiators work perfectly well. The flat is good size for 2 people. The bedroom is quite large, the rest is on a small side but totally functional. I would suggest a smaller sized table to make more space in the living room. I would also suggest net curtains on the windows. The owners are very pleasant people and Aude was very kind to book a taxi for our return journey to the airport (it takes 20-30 minutes to CDG by taxi and costs about 50 euros). We would stay in this flat again!

The apartment was very well equipped, it was we felt right at home, location is great, you have the garibaldi Metro station that connects you with all the metro lines, you also have supermarkets, pharmacies, places to eat, bakeries etc ... overall love it. Aude was wonderful very helpful she was kind help with the luggage. We definitely recommend this flat. Very clean !!!

We enjoyed our stay in this Paris apartment very much. Checkin/out was very easy and the owner was friendly and helpful. Close to food stores and cafes, with the metro just 1 block away. It is very compact and efficiently set up. It is a walk-up with 4 healthy flights of stairs. We would happily stay again.

Accueil très gentil. Petit appartement agréable avec très petite cuisine et petite salle de bain. Quartier cosmopolite qui fut une découverte. Cependant quand le sofa-lit est déplié il ne reste plus de place dans le salon. Nous ne savions pas qu'il y avait 4 étages à monter à pieds. Ce devrait être plus clairement indiqué

Ideal für einen mehrtägigen Ausflug nach Paris- sehr schönes Appartement mit separatem Schlafzimmer, ein genügend grosses Bett, Küche und Bad klein, aber alles vorhanden(auch Basisversorgung wie Kaffee , Filterpapier, Essig und Öl etc.) sehr freundliche Gastgeber- auch das Quartier ist lebendig- Supermärkte und kleine Läden für den täglichen Bedarf um die Ecke ) Metro in 10 Minuten, ca. 20 bis 30 Minuten um ins Zentrum zu kommen. Een mooie keuken en grote slaapkamer en de slaapbank in de zitkamer kon je binnen enkele seconden uit- en inklappen en sliep fantastisch. Wir hatten drei Nächte in der Wohnung von Bernard und Aude. Die Wohnung ist wunderbar für bis zu drei Personen, sauber, schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Würde jederzeit wieder buchen. Lage ist gut - sind nur 2 min bis zur Metro Station. Sehr zu empfehlen.

The apartment is very lovingly furnished. Everything you need during a city trip is available in the flat. Also the owners are kind people. Nearby the house you can find several restaurants, baker shops with tasty french sweeties, a Lidl and a bio shop. I can only reccomend this nice apartment. Elena

Abbiamo utilizzato l'appartamento la prima settimana di agosto e l'abbiamo trovato perfetto. E' ideale per due persone, anche se il divano letto ne permetterebbe l'uso fino a quattro, ma in questo caso sarebbe un po' piccolo. Si trova nel comune di Saint Ouen, ma praticamente e' Parigi (in una ventina di minuti a piedi, perchè volevamo fare una passeggiata, abbiamo raggiunto comodamente il Sacro Cuore..) E comunque la fermata della Metro "Garibaldi" e' veramente a 5 minuti. L'appartamento e' fornito di tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno confortevole; con i suoi affacci sull' interno e' estremamente silenzioso. E' ben rifinito, accogliente e a circa 1 km. c'e' il Mercato delle Pulci, aperto dal venerdì al lunedì, che val sicuramente la pena di una visita. E' situato al quarto piano di un caratteristico palazzo parigino, senza ascensore, ma non e' stato un problema. Ottima la comunicazione col proprietario, che quella settimana non era in città e l'accoglienza della sua gentilissima madre.

The appartment in the 4th floor (no lift) is located in St. Ouen nearby St. Denis and is very good if you wish to visit football games or any other event in this northern Paris area. It´s quiet and well equipped. Perfect for two persons but you can also use it for 3-4 persons for a couple of days. In the small kitchen you have anything you need, even salt, oil, coffee and spices have been there in order that you have not to buy any little thing for a short stay. You have quick wifi and cable TV (but just french channels.) Nearby you have 3 supermarkets and a lot of little bars and restaurants, bakeries and anything you might need. A 150 meters walk to the Garibaldi Metro station, from where you easily reach any destination in Paris downtown. It´s just a few minutes from Montmatre if you change trains in Place de Clichy. Mrs. and Mr. Goossens are very friendly, check-in and check-out without any problem. Probably St. Ouen isn´t the most beautiful quartier in Paris, but it doesn´t seem problematic either. We stayed three nights and we felt pretty well, so we highly recommend this appartment for your stay in Paris.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le petit appartement qui était parfaitement agencé et très confortable ! C'est bien conçu et la décoration est charmante , l'ensemble est très fonctionnel et très calme ! Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire .. Nous avons également apprécié la proximité des commerces, du métro (5 min à pied !) des bus qui permettent de rejoindre le centre de Paris très vite . Le marché coloré et animé trois fois par semaine nous a permis de goûter à l'ambiance du quartier qui a un petit côté rétro fort sympathique en ce qui nous concerne .. En bref, nous sommes enchantés et nous recommandons à tous ceux qui veulent faire un petit tour à Paris de ne pas hésiter !

Séjour du 29.12.12 au 01.01.13. Nous avons passé un super séjour. Appartement propre, très fonctionnel, meublé avec charme, très bien équipé, TV, WIFI, sèche cheveu, parapluie..... (il ne manque rien) bien placé proche d'une station de métro, dans une rue calme. Tous commerces sont à proximité. Nous avons apprécié que le linge de maison soit fourni, celà évite de perdre du temps en arrivant à faire les lits, de plus un grand lit dans la chambre avec matelas confortable, quoi de mieux ! Les propriétaires sont super sympa et très réactifs à nos questions. C'est sans hésiter que je recommande cet appartement.

Ayant vécu plus de 10 ans à Paris et désormais retraité dans le sud j'aime retrouver la capitale pour pouvoir en profiter à temps plein. C 'est vraiment par hasard que j'ai trouvé cette location sur Abritel étant plutôt habitué à l'hôtel ou à être hébergé par des amis. Je dois dire que les photos étaient très alléchantes et le prix également puisque pour une semaine il s'avérait moins élevé que pour un hôtel de modeste qualité.Bref cet appartement a beaucoup de charme a été refait à neuf avec beaucoup de goût et s'avère très fonctionnel. II est vraiment impeccable à tous points de vue. Un grand lit avec un matelas très confortable dans la chambre, une jolie salle de bains avec une magnifique douche, le canapé est très réceptif et peut servir de lit, il ne manque rien dans la cuisine, Télé et lecteur de dvd approvisionné, par ailleurs il y a une véritable bibliothèque dans la chambre. Il faut rajouter que les propriétaires sont super sympa et aux petits soins......Il y a même un parapluie. C'est sans hésiter que je recommande cet appartement en espérant. qu'il sera libre lors de mes prochains séjours dans la capitale.

L'appartamento è molto confortevole, nuovo e curato nei dettagli. E' silenzioso perchè affacciato su un cortile interno e luminoso. Ha tutto quello che occorre: micronde, lavatrice, ferro e asse da stiro, televisore, lettore dvd e stereo. Ideale per 2 persone (anche se il divano letto permette di ospitare fino a 4 persone, ma in 4 si è sicuramente un po' stretti). Si trova al quarto piano senza ascensore. Personalmente questo non è stato però un problema. Nonostante non sia proprio in centro (è a Saint Ouen), a circa 50 metri c'è la linea 13 (stazione Garibaldi) che in 10 minuti arriva a Place de Clichy e St. Lazare mentre in 20 si è direttamente sugli Champs Elysée. Molto comoda, da tenere in considerazione, è anche la RER C (raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi) che porta alla Tour Eiffel, Invalides, museo d'Orsay e St Michel (Notre Dame) oltre a portare all'aeroporto di Orly o a Porte Maillot dove partono i bus per Beauvais. Dall'appartamento a piedi si raggiunge il caratteristico mercato delle pulci che si tiene il sabato e la domenica.
