St Denis: Appt 2p, near Pleyel station
The 38 m2 apartment is on the 6th and last floor of a building located near the business district of St Denis, 2.6 km from the Stade de France and 600 meters from the St Denis Pleyel train station (30 minutes from Orly airport, 20 minutes from St Lazare to reach the department store district, Louvre Museum ....)
It was completely renovated in 2024 and equipped for short-term rental (linen supply not included). It consists of a bedroom, and a living room with open kitchen. A convertible daybed allows you to get 2 additional beds in the living room. It is also equipped with a high-speed internet connection.
It is bright and has open views, with a 2.3m2 balcony accessible from the bedroom and living room. There is also secure private parking in the basement of the building.
Sheets and towels are not provided. It is ideal for stays in a professional setting or for a tourist stay of several days in Paris and the Paris region.
Pets are not allowed.

This apartment was perfect for two of us! So easy to get to all the public transit in the area, the elevator made getting luggage to the apartment an absolute breeze! There is a grocery store close by as well as a bakery right on the corner down the street. The host is so kind and helpful and made check in and out so easy!

This is a great place to stay! We thouroghly enjoyed it and were happy to b there. We would definitely go back. Reccomd to anyone who is visiting Paris and wants a good value. It’s a little far from the center but with the metro nearby it’s no big deal.

We had a wonderful stay at this flat! It was extremely functional, well-organized, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable throughout our trip. The location was incredibly convenient, and we always felt safe both in the building and the surrounding area.One of the highlights was the owner’s amazing communication—clear, responsive, and helpful from start to finish, which made everything seamless and stress-free.Getting around was very easy, as we were able to take the bus almost everywhere. It provided quick access to nearby shopping centers, restaurants, and popular sightseeing spots, making our stay even more enjoyable.Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely stay here again!
