Overall it was good value for money

It was in a very good location, with well-organized contactless service. The kitchen was well equipped, and everything was fully functional.

It was not clean, hairs in the shower, mould on the walls, used shampoo toothpaste and body wash in the shower.

Die Wohnung war sauber und angenehm, das Bett sehr bequem – wir haben wirklich gut geschlafen. Auch die Dusche war gut,

Mir hat gefallen, dass der Preis relativ niedrig war und es zwei separate Bereiche gab – ein Schlafzimmer und ein Schlafsofa, auf dem unsere Tochter schlafen konnte.

Es gab allerdings zwei Minuspunkte. Im Badezimmer fehlte der Toilettendeckel, was ich sehr unangenehm fand. Das Bad ist ohnehin sehr klein und es gibt kaum Ablageflächen – ein Deckel wäre zumindest praktisch gewesen, um etwas darauf ablegen zu können. Außerdem finde ich es hygienisch wichtig, den Deckel beim Spülen zu schließen, und das war hier nicht möglich. Ein weiterer Minuspunkt: Obwohl ich für drei Personen gebucht hatte, gab es nur zwei Handtücher. Das war wirklich sehr unangenehm, da wir uns zu dritt kaum richtig abtrocknen konnten. Das sollte unbedingt in der Beschreibung stehen, dass sich die Wohnung im vierten Stock ohne Aufzug befindet. Wenn ich allein gewesen wäre und mein Mann mir nicht geholfen hätte, hätte ich meinen Koffer kaum nach oben tragen können.

Mala Experiencia: Tuve que irme y perdí el dinero

Tuvimos que abandonar este alojamiento después de solo una noche debido a la pésima calidad y, al no ser reembolsable, perdimos el total de nuestra reserva. La habitación está en un cuarto piso sin ascensor. Lo peor fue el descanso: el colchón principal era una simple espuma, imposible dormir bien. Además, los artículos de cocina (ollas desgastadas y cuchillo inservible) estaban en muy mal estado. No lo recomiendo

Очень уютная квартира. В квартире чисто. Хозяин всегда на связи. Близкое расположение к метро, линии 13, 14. До центра Парижа добирались достаточно быстро. Отдыхала с двумя дочерьми. Нам было комфортно и все понравилось. Приедем еще.

Добавьте еще один комплект полотенец большего размера для душа.

Ideale per un breve soggiorno a due passi dal

Posizione comodissima a 5/10 minuti a piedi da metro 13 e 14. Appartamento piccolo ma con tutto il necessario. Riscaldamento, TV e divano, tavolino per pranzo/cena, cucina totalmente attrezzata. Bagno un po’ piccolo ma tutto funzionante. Camera da letto comoda con tavolo per truccarsi e armadio con cassetti. Perfetto per un soggiorno di coppia per qualche giorno.

Niente in particolare. Sopra alla strada quindi si può sentire un po’ di rumore ma non è un problema.

Salle de bain étroite mais fait l’affaire quand c’est juste pour une nuit, 3e étage sans ascenseur, manque de propreté au niveau du ménage général (sol sale, protège matelas du bz dans le salon très sale)

Soluzione perfetta per soggiornare a Parigi fino a 3 persone

Posizione strategica per la visita pianificata (Salone dell'Aeronautica a Le Bourget), comodissima per raggiungere Montmartre e Le Pigalle, dove abbiamo passato la serata. Abbiamo sempre trovato disponibilità di parcheggio sotto casa (di giorno a pagamento), zona ben asservita. Indicazioni per il ritiro delle chiavi semplici e precise. Appartamento molto ben organizzato ed accessoriato, infissi molto isolanti, pur essendo su una strada abbastanza trafficata, una volta chiuse le finestre, non si sentiva niente.

Le lenzuola... diciamo che non sono convinta fossero pulitissime... soprattutto quelle che ho trovato e ho utilizzato per allestire il divano letto dove ha dormito mio figlio...

Buona soluzione per weekend

Vicinanza a metro St. Denis Pleyel (300 metri), reattività e gentilezza dell'host sempre pronto a venire in contro alle richieste. Grandezza stanza da letto e soggiorno, presenza cucinino e frigo.

Da migliorare il bagno (grandezza e posizione water) ma doccia era ok. Mancanza di condizionatore (ma non faceva caldo).

Ravie de notre séjour

Nous avons logé 2 nuits en étant 3 adultes dedans. L’appartement est propre, aménagé avec goût et adapté à la superficie. Le lit est confortable et il y a pas mal de rangements pour installer ses affaires. L’emplacement est super : à 5min de la ligne 14 et 8min du RER. Et par rapport à d’autres commentaires : 3eme sans ascenseur ça va ! Il y a beaucoup de logement au 6eme sans ascenseur à Paris et proche banlieue.. et de même, vu les prix au mètre carré, les cuisines et salles de bain sont souvent petites ! Certes la salle de bain est petite mais très fonctionnelle. Et hôte réactif, rien à redire! Merci beaucoup, je garde l’adresse en tête pour un prochain séjour.

Les rideaux ne sont pas complètement occultants et on entend légèrement le bruit des voitures malgré le double vitrage mais ce n’était pas dérangeant pour nous.

Für uns gut, könnte aber zu klein für andere sein

Die Busanbindung direkt neben der Tür sozusagen, das Bett war bequem und die Ausstattung ausreichend, wenn man nur zum Schlafen da ist.

Das Bad und die Küche sind wirklich sehr, sehr eng, sodass man sich kaum darin bewegen kann. Hat aber seinen Zweck erfüllt. Unter der Woche muss man für das Parken viel Geld bezahlen, am Wochenende ist es kostenlos ;).
