Great host!

The location...the shops around the apartment were fantastic...the host was very nice and got back to me very quickly when I needed help. Host was brilliant!

The sofa bed wasn't comfortable at all so couldn't use as it was sloped...I ended up sleeping on the balcony for 5 nights which was not ideal sleeping on the floor. Could do with some air con too it was absolutely melting in the room even with a fan!

Excelente trato por parte del anfitrión muy receptivo y nos ayudó mucho en nuestra estancia en Paris. Todo muy bien cuidado y bien limpio. Muy recomendada la ubicación del apartamento genial a 1 paso del metro 13 que te deja en Paris en menos de 10 Minutos.

Court séjour parfait !!!!

Le lieu et l’accès. L’appartement est pas très loin du métro Pleyel. Il y a beaucoup de commerces à proximité. L’appartement est calme et bien agencé. La communication avec le propriétaire était très facile .

La bienveillance de notre hôte, la situation du logement à quelques pas de la sortie de métro et la propreté du logement. Petite terrasse aussi fort appréciable.

Le logement n'est pas très grand mais nous sommes à Paris alors rien de très étonnant. Et puis, la gentillesse du propriétaire et le reste des qualités de l'appartement équilibre très largement !....

Immeuble sécurisé. Logement propre et équipé du nécessaire. Balcon très appréciable. A 2 pas de la station de métro, ligne 13. A une station du stade de France. Boulangerie et supérette à proximité. Bons échanges avec l'hôte.

Rien, tout était parfait. Juste une petite précision : la boîte à clés n'est pas visible au 1er coup d'oeil dans le placard indiqué.

C'est la seconde fois que je me rends dans cet appartement. Comme la première fois, j'ai trouvé que c'était un excellent rapport qualité/prix pour passer un séjour à paris. L'appartement était très propre et le lit a été changé par rapport à mon précédent séjour... c'était donc sympa de dormir dans un lit tout neuf et confortable. Boulangerie, supermarché et métro dans une petite place sympa juste à côté du logement

Peut être ajouté un peu de décoration dans le balcon qui peut peut être mieux valorisé
