Fair stay... not recommended in the summer, no AC!!!

No AC! Very hot in August.... not recommended in the summer! Far from the city attractions (40 minutes by metro), but close to Stade de France, where I needed to go. Easy check-in

Zadovoljavajuće.

Odlična lokacija na 5 minuta od prve stanice metroa i autobusa koji vozi do aerodroma.

Kasno prijavljivanje u apartman. Za sve one koji stižu u prpodnevnim časovima moraju da čekaju do 17h i da nose svoje stvari sa sobom ceo dan. Konstantno se oseća neprijatan miris u apartmanu. Nije klimatizovano, a nema ni mrežice za komarce. Nema fen za kosu.

Extremely dirty apartment

Apartment is close to the last metro station (approx 1h driving by metro to the Paris center). We did not met the owner but comunication was ok via whatsapp. House is situated in nice area, and there is one great bakery near by and one market.

Apartment was really dirty when we arrived which is completely unacceptable for us. Hgyiene must be top priority. It doesnt have to be brand new app, but it must be clean! We spend time cleaning it, washing the floor, mopping, cleaning the toilet - really really disgusting. It would be really nice small apartment if you just spend some time cleaning it! You can clean kettle scale with alcohol vinegar in 30seconds but someone has to do it because it is disgusting to see layers of scale on the bottom, as well as in the drying rack in kitchen- especially disguisting. Apartment was listed as one bedroom apartment for 4 persons. It has total 3 chairs in it and absolutely no place to eat inside if you are 4! There is no table for 4 to eat on it, and the one on the outside terrace is in such bad condition that we did not want to touch it. Basicaly this is studio apartment for 2 persons max. because there are no doors between the bedroom and other part of apartment. This is not one bedroom apartment as listed. Couch was extremely dirty. Put some cover on it and wash it regulary because it was disgusting to sit on it. Apartment was listed as non smoking.. it smelled on cigaretts horrible, literally we had to wide open all doors to vent out the smell and it was impossible for us to do it in 2 days. Studio apartment used to be a garage so Isolation is really bad you can hear guest above you, every step they made and 2 small electric heats can not heat app properly. Really disapointing experience.

the proprietor contacted through booking.com me during my stay to inform me that the use of the sheets which were already in the room will cost me an extra 30 €.

Great place to stay for couple of days

Good Location , outside of Paris but great metro conection. Cozy and really spacious apartment. Great for few stays and the terrace is great finish touch for chill

The noise coming from upstairs of the house was really loud. We could hear every single step they took.

Petit appartement pratique avec terrasse bien exposée, aux portes de Paris.

Dat est à l'écoute et a su répondre positivement et rapidement à mes sollicitations. L'appartement est conforme à la description. Aucune mauvaise surprise. Proche du centre ville de Saint Denis à pied 10 min. Possibilité de se garer dans la rue et les rues avoisinantes sans souci. Rue calme et peu de nuisances sonores ( un avion de temps en temps). Bon rapport qualité prix, surtout à cette période de l'année où les tarifs flambent.

La maison se trouve dans un environnement qui pourrait vous surprendre... N'ayez crainte 😉

Una due giorni a Parigi

La vicinanza alla metro linea 13(che porta al Louvre e altri importanti siti al centro di Parigi) e alla fermata del bus per aeroporto Beuavais. Il giardinetto esterno per fare colazione. Vicinanza piccolo supermercato e farmacia.

I nostri amici francesi ci dicono che la zona non è molto raccomandabile anche se noi non abbiamo avuto problemi. Il prezzo un po' alto per la zona e nessuna possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio (nemmeno alla metro tramite lockers) il giorno della partenza.

Posizione comoda per chi arriva a Beauvais e vuole visitare la città. Vicina all’arrivo bus da aeroporto e alla metropolitana. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili.

Ma scava un piccolo tavolo e sedie per poter cenare in casa.

Un sejur minunat, Parisul un oras fabulos!

Locatie foarte buna, linistita , calduroasa. Aproape de statia de metrou M13 , 5 minute de mers pe jos. Un supermarket la 200 metri de locatie. Daca o doresti doar pentru a sta 2-3 nopti si nu esti pretentios atunci este alegerea perfecta.

Trebuie igienizata, miros de mucegai , probleme la cabina de duș, presiune scazuta la apa, capac de toaleta defect.
