Good experience overall

Perfect location 5 minutes walk (with 2 young kids) from metro station. Plenty of local shops nearby. Good communication with the hosts, no issues throughout stay. Guess it would be good to have oven in the property instead of washing machine but it is just my opinion. There is a microwave and a small cooker though which is probably enough for most people. Apartment was small but big enough for us (1 adult and 2 kids), we were out most of the day anyway so it was ok as it was all about location. Overall good experience

Top floor apartment so plenty of steps to cover but good exercise before breakfast if popping out for a fresh baguette to a local shop:-) Bathroom a bit dated but good enough for few days stay. Toilet seat need sorting

Good value for money to stay in Paris not far from the city center.

Location is pretty good, old building with a flower shop on the corner, and wooden steps inside. Grocery and bakery between metro station and the apartments. The host was always available.

5th floor w/o elevator is actually OK but it should be mentioned. Pretty used facilities and furniture, no quilt sheets for all four travellers, dripping ceiling window, neighbours browling at night.

Jag skulle flytta till min lägenhet som dem håller på att renovera.

Lägenheten är mycket fint och bra placerad , nära till allt, bus , tåg, och affärer. Allt är nära till hotellet.

Lokalizacja blisko stacji metra. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem.

5 piętro w kamienicy bez windy to spore wyzwanie. Dobrze, że mieliśmy po małej walizce. Brak wentylatora, trafiliśmy na upalne dni i bywało ciężko. Pozostawione jakieś pranie w pralce(!).

Sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis, freundlicher Besitzer, leider mit einigen Abzügen.

Die Lage war gut in der Nähe eines Parkhauses und der Metro. Es war leise, dadurch konnte man ruhig schlafen. Es gab eine Waschmaschine und Kaffeemaschine. Die Einrichtung war ideal für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Paris. Der Besitzer war jederzeit erreichbar und immer freundlich.

Bei unserer Ankunft hingen nasse Leintücher und Bettüberzüge über sämtliche Türen, das Bett unserer Kinder war nicht gemacht, was in Ordnung gewesen wäre, wenn man beim Machen dann nicht den Schmutz der Vorbewohner zuerst wegsaugen hätte müssen. Außerdem musste man nach einem frischen Bettzeug suchen. Kopfpolsterüberzüge gab es insgesamt 3, wobei einer noch nass war. Für 4 Personen unangenehm. Leider roch es ebenfalls unangenehm und wir mussten viel lüften. Das Badezimmer sah bewohnt aus mit Zahnbürste und Rasieruntensilien. Unter dem Klappbett fand man neben Staub die Überbleibsel vorheriger Besucher. Die Wohnung lag im 5 Stock, erreichbar zu Fuß durch ein ziemlich schmutziges Stiegenhaus.
