Perfect spot, cozy and had everything we needed :)

Liked the cozyness and layout of the room, bathroom was really nice too. Good spot next to the metro and university. Everything was amazing.

Bedding wasnt the most comfy, pillow too soft and small, and duvet too thin. Front door didnt feel safe as very weak.

Spacious, secure and good value for money.

Nice safe and spacious accommodation. Very good value for money. I was attending the Paris Air Show and accommodation close to the show was a complete rip-off. If you don't mind getting your step count up, it's a great location. Nice walk through the park.

Furniture is a bit flimsy. Settee not the most comfortable. No corkscrew, but fixed now as I bought one and left it there. No iron.

Overall a good stay however would have just like to have known it was in a basement

The property was clean and well decorated It was also very close to the metro and bus station, the chemist and the grocery store

The bed wasn’t too comfortable and also didn’t know that the Appartment was in a basement. An oven would have been a bonus

A good clean apartment, close to transport and good value for money.

I travelled with my colleague and we liked the location which was close to the metro line and to Paris 8 University. This small apartment provides good value for the money you pay for it. It's clean and has kitchen facilities, even though we didn't use them, but still good to have. The number of stairs one has to go through is small, which is a plus for an apartment.

perfect expect for the water and drain issue

nice beds and it was nice to have cutlery, plates, pans available for us to use

when hot water is turned on you get very little water pressure and when we drained the sink after doing dishes water and brown chunks came out of the shower drain and sink in the washroom

L’appartamento è molto bello situato in una buona zona, vicino alla metro e alla fermata della navetta per l’aeroporto di Beauvais. (Inoltre vicino c’è un ottima pasticceria). L’accesso autonomo è molto comodo e veloce e il rapporto qualità-prezzo merita!

mancanza di coperte aggiuntive in caso di basse temperature mancanza di finestra nel bagno o aspiratore avevo la stanza nel seminterrato, c'era una finestra che dava sul giardino che non poteva essere chiusa (poca privacy)

Bien mais améliorable

appartement calme, au sous-sol (type "basement" londonien), au frais (agréable en cette canicule) , bien insonorisé (nous n'entendions pas la musique de l'étage malgré les fenêtres ouvertes), propres pour les parties en carrelage, draps propres mais méritant un petit coup de nettoyage sur les murs et les portes, revêtement du canapé un peu vétuste, vaisselle limite, table bringuebalante. Assez spacieux. Des boulangeries à coté pour le petit déjeuner, mais pas de capsules de café fournies dans l'appartement.

appartement pas cher et bien situé, quartier calme, mais mériterait quelques petites réparations/améliorations pour être top. Frais en période de canicule mais pourrait être humide et froid en automne /hiver.

świetna lokalizacja w typowej francuskiej, spokojnej dzielnicy, baaardzo blisko metra i transferu z lotniska, to był ogromny plus. Wygodne łóżko, przestronny pokój i kuchnia, w kuchni jedyne czego brakowało to piekarnik, który miał być na wyposażeniu. Była mikrofala z funkcją grill

pokój był wychłodzony, ale dało się go łatwo ogrzać grzejnikami elektrycznymi. Niestety od podłogi w kuchni było zimno, polecam zainwestować w dywanik (gospodarz) albo zabranie kapci (gość). System zamykania drzwi też jest lekko kłopotliwy, ale gospodarz, bardzo szybko nas poinstruował.

Zimowy Paryż

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja przy transferze na lotnisko-dosłownie 4 minuty piechotą. Obiekt czysty i przestronny. łazienka z 2 umywalkami. Jeszcze raz przyjeżdżając do Paryża wybiorę ten sam obiekt.

Za mało sztućców- tylko 1 łyżeczka. Brakowało szklanek. Wracając wieczorem z zimnego Paryża nie mogliśmy zrobić kawy i herbaty od razu bo były tylko 4 kubki. Można by było poprawić to niewielkim kosztem.

Bon séjour, agréable et calme, proche Paris 8 et métro ligne 13

L'intérêt était de disposer d'un logement 1) assez spacieux, 2) proche de l'Université Paris 8 et 3) proche d'une station de transports en commun. Et bien sûr, propre, équipé, avec une belle sdb et offrant un contact facile, agréable et efficace avec l'hôte, etc. Résultats : tous ces points étaient au rendez-vous, merci !!

Le lit et les oreillers sont un peu "molasses", l'appartement ne dispose pas d'un vrai four mais d'un simple four de type micro-ondes. J'aurais aimé mettre 9 (fabuleux), mais je mets 8 (très bien) car l'appartement est en sous-sol ce qui rend nécessaire de vivre les lumières allumées même en plein jour. À mon sens Booking devrait rendre obligatoire de signaler clairement sur les fiches de description une telle caractéristique, c'est la seconde fois que cela m'arrive !

- Proximité avec l’Université Paris 8 (raison de mon voyage) -Appartement très propre, lumineux, bons équipements -Proximité avec supermarché, boulangeries, pharmacie.

-J’ai remarqué de la moisissure, (fond de la dernière étagère, dans le meuble du robinet de la cuisine) -Humidité en raison de l’emplacement de l’appartement en sous-sol

L'appartement était parfait - spacieux, bien équipé avec tout ce qui est nécessaire pour un bon séjour plus les petits extra - capsules café, tout ce qu'il faut pour la vaiselle, sel, poivre, huile pour cuisiner et savons etc en salle de bains. Proche des commerces et le tram, au calme - tout a été parfait.
