Very comfortable cosy and the well equipped for a short stay

Good location. Parking available on request. Property very spacious. Had everything needed for a short stay. Clean, well equipped and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay there and it was very convenient for us.

The property could do with a hand rail on the stairs. Wash basins were quite high up and I struggled when using this. Maybe a clock in the room somewhere would be ideal. From the bedroom you could hear the bathroom being used especially in the morning. This was a bit off putting.

Great place, nice area, close to shops and metro station, spacious and decorated with taste.

Fantastic place, neat the shops and Metro station. Great atmosphere, very spacious, with small garden. Beautifully designed and decorated with many nice and colourful paintings. A lot of space for ideally 2 couples and 1 single. There are 2 double beds and 1 single in 3 bedrooms, plus sofa in a living room, so place is ideal for many people, who don't mind sharing the flat.

If you are traveling with many colleagues from work, then in order to keep privacy, maximum number of people for this flat is 4, otherwise fifth or sixth person need to share beds with someone else, which might be problematic :)

Working apartment. Nothing fancy. Metro 5 to go to city. No breakfast or many food options around

It is not a lodge. It is like an apartment furnishes and let out for guests. 2 beds and a sofa bed. Kitchen utensils were available. No Toiletries- only body wash provided. Towels and blankets were provided.

No cleaning till end of the stay. No toiletries. No lift to climb two floors. No wifi during our stay as renovations going on. One bed making creaking noise. We also heard couple of rats after lights went off.

Nice and quiet place, with a very friendly host

Nice host, clean apartment, metro and supermarket are very close.

A bit far from the center. If you are using a metro you should consider that it will take around one hour to get to the center. Also the metro itself is just awful if you have a small child and need to use a stroller (pram). Hundreds of stairs in the metro and always crowded as it is a huge city with lots of people.

my stay there very nice and comfortable and suitable for even families

the garden outside give positive aura. the room very spacious and comfortable, very quite and privacy place. ,

its hard to communicate with the owner since the phone number on confirmation letter always not reach and even on whats app no reply. intercom for many times but not reach. once i had been lock up outside the apt during throwing rubbish, with no keys, i intercom many time but nobody answer for quite some time in cold weather, manage to knock her house but no answer too, lucky being help by neighbor to call my wife to open the door.Thanks to him. the extra charge of using washing machine and dryer should not be and the property deposit of 150 euros is a bit hassle for foreigners like us.

Fantastisch!

De accommodatie ligt in een zeer rustige buurt en toch vlakbij alle winkels, bakkerijen, restaurants, ... Met de fiets langs het kanaal rij je in een half uurtje naar het centrum van Parijs. Heerlijk fietsen langs het kanaal! Voor het diner kunnen we de Libanees Olabar Pantin en het Koreaanse Incheon restaurant aanraden. Beiden op loopafstand van het appartement. Heerlijk om na een drukke dag Parijs in de stilte van deze wijk terecht te kunnen komen. Het appartement is kraaknet en stijlvol ingericht. Comfortabele bedden en heerlijke sofa om te relaxen. Zeer ruime badkamer met perfecte douche. Apart toilet. Geen geluidshinder.

In het appartement is geen enkel raam. Er zijn enkel dakkoepels. Voor ons was dit geen probleem gezien het snel donker was en we maar heel weinig in het appartement verbleven. Er is wel een schuifraam maar deze was op het moment dat wij er verbleven niet toegankelijk (misschien door de werken die naast de deur in uitvoering waren?).

Aufgrund der beschriebenen Problematik würden wir die Wohnung kein zweites Mal buchen.

Fahrräder konnten in Tiefgarage sicher verstaut werden. Parkplatz für Auto war vor der Tür vorhanden. Anbindung an U-Bahn gut und ruhige Lage.

Es wurde eine Kaution verlangt, was für Hotel- bzw. Ferienbuchungen unüblich ist, obwohl bei der Buchung darauf hingewiesen wurde, dass keine Kaution vereinbart wird. Dies auf einer fragwürdigen französichen Plattform. Leider gab es kurz vor Anreise mehrere Tage Unsicherheit, ob die Anreise überhaupt möglich ist. Hier musste die Telefon-Hotline von booking.com eingebunden werden, um die Problematik zu lösen. Leider hat auch booking.com auf die mehrfachen schriftlichen Nachrichten viel zu spät reagiert, obwohl hier eine Klärung innerhalb von 24 Stunden versprochen wird. Wohnung ist im Keller, was in der Anzeige nicht wirklich zu erkennen ist. Bei der Abreise hat der Vermieter unverständlicherweise leider nicht zeitnah auf die gelesene Nachricht reagiert, weshalb wir den Schlüssel gemäß mail-Anweisung ordnungsgemäß hinterlegt haben, worauf der Vermieter unfreundlich reagiert hat.

El mal aprovechamiento del espacio dentro del apartamento. Hay muchos muebles ,enseres y aparatos de gimnasio colocados sin sentido.Cuando llueve hace mucho ruido las ventanas q están en el techo.

Un loft de gran espacio y bien equipado. Entorno más bien silencioso. Si no te importa moverte en metro por París, la estación esta a unas cuadras y no muy lejos de la cité. Muy buena alternativa para grupos abiertos.

Talvez la luz, aunque natural, solo por el techo y en verano no hay forma de bloquearla hasta que oscurece naturalmente tarde. Recomendaría revisar algunas tablas del piso safas , pudo tener humedad.

Una piccola vacanza a Parigi

Appartamento ampio e conforme alle foto ( noi avevamo il loft) Molto pulito e letti comodi ( 2 matrimoniali e un singolo) Biancheria da bagno di qualità, ben arredato e comodo. Non manca nulla ed abbiamo trovato piatti e stoviglie puliti e in ordine La comunicazione con il proprietario é stata ottima La distanza dalla metro e di circa 10 mn a piedi e proprio lì ci sono 2 supermercati. Unico problema la luce al mattino dai lucernai, ma il titolare mi ha comunicato che da giugno verrà installato un sistema oscurante. Per la nostra esperienza possiamo dare un bel 9. Pantin viene segnalata da alcuni come una "non bella zona" ma noi siamo sempre stati al sicuro sia in casa ( zona tranquillissima di casette) che fuori da casa anche di sera. Servizio metro 5 che ti permette di essere a Chatelet in 30 minuti cambiando a Bastille con M1. La metro 5 passa sia da Gare de l' est che da Gare di nord ed é comodissima per chi viaggia in treno da Milano o come noi da Torino. Ottimo anche il cambio con la Rer B per l' aeroporto CdG. Poco comodo per Orly. Rapporto qualità/ prezzo della casa: OTTIMO
