Would not recommend due to the owner

The property was fine. There was confusion regarding which room to enter. We were given a code to unlock the lockbox and I was able to enter the room. We later found out the room was rented to someone else, we called the owner to clarify the confusion as to why the same code opened all the rooms, he was very rude and accusatory.

The bed was broken and impossible to fix. Owner fixed it, but the bed broke again. Internet was slow.

The place was small but well equipped and in a decent location. Not expensive and clean.

There are narrow dirty stairs going up to the apartment, which gave a bad first impression. Also the pullout sofa bed was not very comfortable.

Top location in the middle of the old town. Really comfortable studio with all you need. Clean and tidy. There's a delicious terrace-backyard!

There was not a real bed, but a bed-sofa you had to open by your own. The "mattress" was a little too soft.

Good for those who cooks at home

Nice location, there is parking on the streets around, very responsive host, self check-in was handy, good kitchen, overall clean.

I didn't realise one has to clean and wash everything oneself after the stay. It is very unhandy if you have a train at 6 in the morning. It should be stated on the Booking clearly. The neighbours were noisy, you can hear everything that is happening on the stairs.

Un bon moment en famille !

Même si c'est un studio nous avons eu assez de place pour nous sentir à l'aise à 3 personnes. Et, il y avait le nécessaire pour nous y divertir télé, wifi, livres et jeux.

La déco y est très agréable, le logement était propre. L'immeuble est calme.Les consignes d'accès étaient claires et dès l'entrée l'immeuble est accueillant.

Joli studio bien équipé dans le centre ancien d'Orléans

Nous avons séjourné trois nuits, puis une nuit dans l'appartement, qui vient d'être rénové et redécoré. Appartement propre, jolie décoration, lit deux places très confortable, coin cuisine bien équipé, contact facile par messagerie avec les propriétaires. Excellente situation géographique (au calme, centre ancien d'Orléans). Nous recommandons ce studio pour un séjour en couple.

Les photos de l’annonce montrent un coquet appartement, mais en réalité c’est assez désuet et vieillot. Beaucoup de taches d’humidité et murs peu épais… L’appartement sent le tabac froid.

Très bien situé, au calme , spacieux, propre et bien équipé. Stationnement facile.

Super Lage um zu Fuß in die Stadt zu kommen. Kontaktloser Check-In. Für 1-2 Nächte völlig ausreichend.

Es gibt definitiv keine kostenlosen Parkplätze,generell ist parken in der Nähe (wenn man Gepäck hat) schwierig. Es gibt öffentliche gebührenpflichtige Parkplätze auf der Straße und fußläufig 4min entfernt einen großen Parkplatz. Die Straßen sind sehr sehr eng. Für größere Autos nicht empfehlenswert. Die Matratze ist für 2 Personen nicht gut geeignet und durchgelegen, das Bad an manchen Ecken renovierungsbedürftig (extreme Kalkränder).

Pas de télé impossible de la faire fonctionner. Fuite d'eau à partir de 4 heure du matin jusqu'à 7 heure impossible de joindre le propriétaire pour l 'avertir. Fuite venant du plafond du dessus.
