- l'emplacement - la propreté - le confort - la réactivité du propriétaire - tout le nécessaire pour une semaine - logement spacieux et rénové, bien décoré - la box internet...
- la première nuit j'ai eu très froid et j'ai été enrhumé toute la semaine ( je le suis encore a mon départ) car le radiateur a été paramétré à 7 ° la nuit ! Je veux bien faire des économies d'énergie mais là , début avril, il faisait vraiment froid dans l'appartement. J'ai réussi à reparamétrer le radiateur tout seul et j'ai quitté le logement en laissant les paramètres d'origine mais je conseille au propriétaire de modifier la température de nuit à 16 ° et pas à 7° car ça chute rapidement... - le code wifi n'a pas fonctionné ( est-il a jour? ) mais ça ne m'était pas indispensable donc je n'ai pas insisté
