The staffs are nice! The rooms are spacious but the hygiene standards are quite low for my taste

The staffs were nice

The room they gave to me was stained with blood, the lift had unpleasant odors. The rooms are not really kept that tidy unfortunately.

A pleasant stay, but with room for improvement in amenities and services.

The bedroom was spacious and comfortable. The staff were kind and welcoming. There is a bus stop nearby to get to the city center, and we also walked there—it took us around 30 minutes.

Unfortunately, the room did not include a fridge, coffee machine, or kettle. The internet connection was unreliable, and the breakfast was quite expensive.

Comfort and great staff at a strategic location!

Clean and roomy suite! The shower was a blessing, there is nothing better than high-pressure water to remove the stress and feel alive again :)

Fantastic location and great staff.

Great comfy bed, quite location, staff were excellent especially Al Brownia the server, who was polite, attentive and proffessional with us, and all the guests, whether it was in English or German (neither her native tonque!)

It was ok

The location was good because it was close to the Autobahn. The view of the river Mosel was nice.

The room smelled a few times really bad. It seems like a sewer issue, because the smell came out of the sink and the shower. After running some water in the shower and sink it went away. It was a hit and miss, some days it smelled and some it didn’t return. I didn’t like the parking situation since you have to pay for parking per day. The parking spots are kinda tight. One night I returned to the hotel and drove twice around the building and there were no parking spots. After going inside and talking to the front desk, I was able to park my vehicle in a private parking spot.

the room we were in was average. nothing spectacularly comfortable. wish we could have room with water view. that was not even an option to select on booking. price for breakfast was a bit much at 20€ per person.

Convenient parking and late check-in

The hairdryer was continuously off, so I could not blow dry my hairs properly.There was only one bottle of water in the room despite the fact that there were two adults staying in the room.

Very happy with my choice

Room was spacious, well appointed and clean. Breakfast was very good. Plenty of choice. It was very reasonably priced and it exceeded my expectations for a hotel in that price range.

Lift was a bit shabby and slow. The hotel has been very well updated from what is clearly an older building. Overal it has been done very well and if they achieved that by skimping on a lift update then fair enough. It is quite far away from all the Tourist attractions in the centre so you would need to factor that in. I had a car and parking was not an issue so it worked well. Taxi into town is 15 - 18 euros each way.

Adequate overnight stay, too expensive so won’t be staying again.

Off road parking, 15/20 minute walk down the Mosel to Trier old town Comfortable large double bed.

Shower basin had been repaired numerous times & needed replacing. Shower head didn’t control the water direction so it was impossible to shower without soaking the whole of the bathroom floor. Room is dated & lock on window about to fall off. Lack of attention to detail obvious throughout. Breakfast price far too expensive so we decided to forgo. Charged €9 to park bikes in one undercover space.

Beautiful evening at terrace close to the Mosel, nice staff, allover friendly stay.

Friendly staff, nice happy hour with delicious non-alcoholic drinks, beautiful site on the Mosel even with the motorway close by it was not noisy, a very nice evening at the terrace. :)) It was a torrid evening but the rooms were not impossible to sleep in, even without AC.

The dark carpet in the rooms was dirty and many little things such as dirty doors, missing lamps, no night stands in our room, visible little care and poor cleanliness in the rooms hallway. :(( Breakfast was good the only remark would be that the gluten free bread took 20 minutes and was too hard to shew.

Nice blend of business & pleasure. Your money's worth.

Very nice room (115), spacious, well-equipped and new. Nice lighting plan. Didn't use cupboard, but good for longer stay. Desk + chair. Great view on Mosel River. Very quiet in spite of highway. In general well-insulated. Coffee machine, fridge. Window that you can actually open. Foot path along river.

No bedside tables: weird minimalistic millenial trend and so impractical. Towel rack in bathroom very high. New EU-norm? TV or remote didn't work. But then, okay boomer :) Socket low. Impractical for loading mobile/tablet. Please fix flimsy curtain. Attention to detail required to keep up standards.
