Being literally across the street from a beautiful beach and being able to wake up and see sunrises from the massive terrace. The apartment is well equipped from comfortable rooms, modern showers and appliances. There was nothing missing. It certainly packs the wow factor in spades. Xabier our contact person was fantastic and highly responsive throughout.
It's a decent walk (45 mins) to Benidorm town center, so depending on your physical ability you may be using transportation to get there. But plenty of amenities at your doorstep and a large supermarket about 10 mins walk uphill. There's some signs of humidity damage (paint peeling) in one of the bathrooms but nothing alarming.
