West View

The house was really clean and tidy. Towels were kept on each bed. The bathroom and toilet were so clean. Locality was good and convenient. View was good. Hot water facility was good.

Nothing as such. We liked everything but only two concerns were WiFi was not available in the entire complex, we had to use our own internet connection for 3 days. Toiletries were not given. Luckily we got it from our home so not an issue

This is a lovely sized flat in a fantastic location. We couldn't get over how well it was stocked, it had everything you could need. There was even a partial lake view from the balcony. The beds were all really comfortable and it has a full size bath and good shower. Added bonus of parking available as well.

Literally the only thing I'd change is the sofas as they're a bit tired and not as comfy as they could be over than that it's a great base to explore from. Kitchen is small but it's fully functional and we managed easily as a family of four.

The apartment was so close to everything, shops, pubs and the lake. The apartment was a nice size just enough space for the 3 of us. It was a very quiet area and didn't hear any noise from the road behind us. Will be booking again for next year.

The only complaint was that the piece of the shower that holds the shower head up was broken. It was arranged for someone the same day to fix it, he came and said he hadn't got the right part and would come back the next day but he didn't. We could still use the shower so it was ok. The only other thing was that the living area carpet had alot of stains on it and could do with a good shampoo or new carpet but apart from that we enjoyed our stay.

We loved the location The beds were comfy.

There was an awful dirty stench in the lounge and we suspect it was coming from the bin . Couldn’t have eaten any food in there, it made us feel sick, had to have balcony door open . The balcony furniture has seen better days, surely it can be updated . Didn’t know where the bin store was although we had a code for it .
