Great location for access to the main town and amenities.
Poor size & quality bath towels. Twin room was small and should be swapped with the bigger double room.

Fawn View has one of the best location in Windermere, Pier, Restaurant, Co-op Tesco Express, Pub, all you need by few mins walking distant. Has private parking space. Overall apartment is clean and tidy, kitchen has essential equipment.
One down side is the shower pressure low, no central heating which you have to turn on each radiator individually, there are 7 of them in the apartment, make sure you switch them off on departure.

On the first day of arriving, we saw the 2 deers outside from the veranda. That was beautiful. The furniture and the size of the rooms were great! Very clean and comfortable. Felt right at home. Our little girl enjoyed it so much. Most of the beds were very comfortable except the twin beds which were a little dated.
The kitchen had all the appliances and more that you could ever need. The location was spot on and conveniently next door to the Beatrix Potter Museum, great if you have little ones.
Great views from the balcony, very quiet and relaxing area. The ambience of the property is top-notch!
The toilet in the shower room is still broken. We read about this from some years ago and it still remains the same now. Could use 2 frying pans instead of 1.

The location was excellent, about 5 minutes walk to the Lake and less than that to the shops and supermarket. The property was lovely, very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We would stay here again and would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment to friends and family. The property owners have done a wonderful job. Thank you.
