The apartment was very clean, well equipped and has one of the best showers we’ve experienced in a holiday rental.
It is just a two minute walk to the centre of the night life but you hear no noise in the apartment. There is a large choice of places to eat out within a few minutes walk.
It is well situated to explore that area of the Lake District and if you want to take a boat trip on Lake Windermere, the pier is less than 10 minutes walk away.
The only thing we felt let the place down was its lack of a recycling bin.

overall the property is spacious, clean and has everything we need except no wi-fi which is unusual for nowadays quite inconvenient. There were reviews about the smell inside the property but we not experience it at all. one negative comment is the wall is very thin, you can hear both sides neighbors ' especially no 12 who like to play loud music in the morning and between 6pm -9/10pm ish very ignoring on top of shouting & kids plays noises sitting in the living room.

Everything went well. The apartment is just a 5 minute stroll from the centre of Bowness, very spacious, has its own parking spot, everything worked as expected and we’d recommend it to anyone.
The only thing lacking is an internet connection which I understand will be added over the next few months.
