Only thing was the WIFI wasn’t brilliant but a minor detail . Probably wouldn’t have been an issue but we were in early with our little granddaughter rather than out enjoying the local lovely pubs

A great location but beds spoilt our stay 😕

Great location. Walking distance to lake shops ect Large house. Well equipped. Comfy settee. Parking.

2 very hard beds for us ! Poor sleep & Backache each day. Only freeview TV. Would have been nice to have netflix or some alternative.

Fab time in a beautiful location.

The property was clean, comfortable and had plenty of facilities to keep our family well fed and happy! Great access to the town and walks in the hills.

didn’t get the code for the lock to get in and took a couple of hours to sort it out. internet didn’t work and as I couldn’t get a good phone signal it was a slight issue

Excellent Stay with wonderful memories

the pictures doesn’t do enough justice to the real level of the property. It was totally clean and placed in a perfect location. the main plus is to park two vehicles . Fladius was very helpful and kind to address any queries on time.

5 mins walk to bowness centre dishwasher, washing machine high chair and cot all in the property as well as ironing board enough parking for two cars on front or if not busy round the back by the street door dishwasher tablets , coffee, tea , hot choc all left as well as toiletries. excellent !

Location was amazing! Everything was only a short walk away. Kitchen and lounge were beautiful, well equipped with everything you could need. Parking was great. Its a quirky older property, loved it! Just be warned there are a lot of stairs which I didn't factor in when i told 4 kids to pack their own stuff 🤣

The place felt loved, last time we stayed it felt tired. Some nice touches with toiletries, chocolates and proseco left for us to enjoy. Great addition on WiFi and Ruku on the TV.

Comfortable stay in a great location

Good Refreshments were left for us including milk (that we somehow forgot to bring with us) and also some lager. Parking was a little confusing as the house number was written on one end but once we understood that the whole parking was for us, it was a very comfortable parking. Location is great for windermere and especially great to have a parking space because the nearby parkings get busy. House was clean and good heating. The shower was lovely. We were unlucky to have heavy continuous rain for couple of days but the netflix connection and the video casettes that were available kept the kids happy.

As others also noted the property could do with few updations but it doesn't affect the stay. Only urgent topic would be if they could replace the kettle which was a bit dirty inside, that would be great.

We had a lovely stay the living areas in property were bright and spacious which was what appealed

Very spacious kitchen and lounge area, this space was bright and pleasant with wall to wall windows.

The property was tired and dated, second hand furniture. No oven gloves sieve broken, which made cooking frustrating. These seem like a couple of small things but are easy to rectify. The property was adequate, but could be much nicer.

Great budget stay in Bowness

location is perfect just a short walk from the town. The flat is spacious and well equipped - it has everything you would need. I really liked the layout. the nice bottle of wine and chocolates were a good touch too, made the start of the holiday special. Car parking outside is a bonus too. the price is fab!

it just feels a little grubby -eg: my bedside cabinet had liquid stains on it - my 9 year old found some broken glass on the leather sofa and there was an unusual smell when we entered, like someone had been smoking and it was a stale smell but that went away after the first night. Just feels like it could do with a professional clean. Its those little things that i noticed, I can overlook the other bits - yes, the flat is a little tired and could do with a spruce up, new staircase, carpet and general overhaul but that's reflected in the price. I just think the cleanliness is not up to standard in places.
