Location was great with ease of access to lake, pubs, restaurants. Flat was small, clean with amenities adequate apart from the bathroom. Lot of heaters around the flat.
Difficult to locate the flat. Bathroom was always cold, not clean needing lot of update and shower could be better. Heaters in rooms could be updated. Car parking not clear asking to park elsewhere.

The location was perfect, very near to shops pubs restaurants and the lake.
We had to hunt around to find the WIFI code so a little welcome pack with all those kinds of details would have been nice.
