The appartment had everything we needed and was worth the price

Location was excellent

When we got to the appartment the whole place had not been cleaned i had to phone the office who couldnt appologise enough and they sent someone round promptly to clean it and change the bedding empty the bins put clean towels in etc etc

Great location. Had everything you really needed (including WiFi tho says no internet)

Double bed was pretty small and all beds / furniture creaked. Few things are a bit tired and could do with a freshen up but nothing major and we were out and about most of the time so non-issue really.

A pleasant and well located place. I would be happy to return.

It was clean and well located. The bathroom was pleasant and the beds were comfortable.

The entrance and steps to the property don’t make the best impression. Could do with a bit of paint. Small details but a coffee jug (press) would have been nice and although there were a lot of pans, some of them had seen better days. Also the timer on the central heating seemed to have a mind of its own! I found it easier to turn the heating on manually on requirement.

We love the Lakes and this is a great place to stay, with easy access to many places.

Lovely stay

Property was in a great location. Had everything you needed, was clean & very big. Drive into the parking space & reverse out. We found it easier.

Couldn’t get the shower hot. Lukewarm was the best we managed. As it’s such a big building would probably put some blankets on the beds as it did get chilly at night. Large step out of the bath. Be careful, especially with children.
