The location

Bed had missing slats made sleeping uncomfortable parking space we paid for by you was unusable because someone was parked in it WiFi did not work said there would be a fan and was no fan. Property was hard to find to get into and hallway smelt

The location is perfect.

The bed and especially sofa bed were very uncomfortable. The flat was cold when we arrived and took a long time to heat up.The oven didn't work. The flat is very noisy. The boiler is in the bedroom and very loud. You can hear the noise from outside clearly and the flat shakes when the front door is closed.

Needs attention.

Good size apartment, Well equipped kitchen. TV in sitting room and bedroom. Clean and well kept entrance.

Collecting the keys on the other side of town is unacceptable and lazy on behalf of the property manager! The flat smelled of cooking fat. The bed was terribly uncomfortable and needs a new mattress. Mould in the bathroom. Television netflix streaming service unusable as it is terribly slow. Not a shop in sight after 6pm. Nowhere near the centre of town.

The bed was comfortable and the location was good.

The property smelt of damp. The bath had mound around the bath. Have stayed here before and it was lovely but this time the place really needs some TLC.

Great place, Would definitely stay again!

Location was great and had pretty much everything we needed for the 4 days. Small playground almost opposit which was good for keeping our son occupied. Was clean and well decorated with modern design pictures in the listing are accurate. It was nice and quite and It was spacious, even with sharing the room / apartment with our toddler which was great. It had enough space for our travel cot in the room. Blinds blocked out alot of light and easy to keep warm which was a real help with our sons sleep. The bed was really comfy and everything provided was high quality. We really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely book again.

Only some very minor things which would have improved our stay slightly and maybe not a problem for most. Our main issue was we struggled with filling the bath as the plug didn't quite fit as looked like a replacement so had to keep filling it which was a pain as we needed the bath for our son and we wasted quite a bit of water unfortunately. Also wasn't the easiest of access as we had a pushchair and had a few stairs to get down but wasn't too much of a problem. We had to pay extra for parking which I wasn't aware of it mentioned parking available but I didn't realise it would be at an additional fee. We got lucky as parking was avaliable, the reception mentioned it was better to prebook as has limited spaces which would have been good to know up front. The price for parking was reasonable though and maybe we missed it in the listing.
