L'emplacement parfait. La propreté du logement et un appartement spacieux avec beaucoup de rangements. Une très belle cuisine.

Manque de rideaux au niveau des portes avant et arrière et dans le salon. Des désagréments liés à la moquette, signalés au propriétaire. Manque d'isolation phonique entre les logements.

The property is in a reasonable location and only a short walk to Royal William Yard. The bedroom and lounge are spacious and the kitchen space is good. The bed and pillows were very comfy and we made use of the tv in the lounge. While shared, the private parking is a positive.

The property seemed a little under-furnished. When relaxing in the lounge at night, there were no side tables to sit our drinks on or lamps. This meant we had to choose between the main light which was too bright for relaxing at night or sitting in darkness. A main issue with the bathroom is the shower drain is severely blocked causing the water to spill on to the floor. We were unable to take a full shower without turning the water on and off to prevent flooding the floor. This appears to be a reoccurring issue as the flooring is lifting between the floor and shower with black mold in the area too. If using the front door you have to bypass a lot of overgrown plants/weeds and the rear of the apartment is currently not well-kept.
