As a professional host, we use a simple guest verification process to protect both guests and the property.



✓ Online check-in

Before arrival, the lead guest completes a secure online check-in, including agreement to Guest T&Cs and submission of valid photo ID.



✓ Security deposit or damage waiver

Choose between a fully refundable £250 security deposit or a £15/night non-refundable damage waiver (capped at £65).



All steps are completed securely online prior to arrival.



Pets: Pets are permitted at this property subject to prior agreement & £75 pet fee for deep cleaning upon departure.



Smoking/vaping: Strictly no smoking indoors. A £1000 charge applies to cover deep cleaning and damage if evidence is found.



Parties: This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund. Your deposit may be used to cover associated removal and damages.



Quiet hours: This is a peaceful residential area. Please respect quiet hours from 10PM onwards.



14+ nights: Require additional housekeeping for an additional fee per fortnight. If unpaid, the booking will be reduced to a maximum of 14 nights.
