Fabulous view overlooking the harbour and Mayflower steps! Excellent location right in front of where the local ferries leave. Close to the action on the Barbican front but not so close to be noisy! Well stocked to easily self cater. Comfortable beds and lounge. Large walk in shower. Easy to load and unload the car in front of the fisherman's inn. Car park 5 mins walk £60 a week. The balcony faces east so you get shade all afternoon a real boon while we were there in a heatwave!
The balcony is very small but does have 2 (not very comfortable) chairs outside to enjoy the amazing view but could have done with a small table too. The apartment is on the top floor with no lift which may be an issue for those with mobility issues.

Excellent location and lovely clean and modern apartment. Just a shame about the noise on a Saturday night.
Unfortunately the area is party central on a Saturday night. This means that it is extremely noisy until 1 or 2am with drunk people. Also it seems to be popular to race loud cars and motorcycles along the Barbican and up to the Hoe late Saturday into early Sunday. This was the only negative. We were only here on Saturday night so it may be perfect the rest of the week.

The location is exceptional and access to the property easy. It was very quiet within the building and everything was clean and well organized. The management was receptive to the couple of comments I had. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable and the view spectacular. Kitchen was well equipped. No clutter in this place! Very nice shower with good water pressure and temperature control. Plenty of towels and things like cleaning supplies and dishtowels.
Everything was lovely.
