Low price, where it was, ease of book in.
No parking, complicated info about getting in as no reception on, but worked well.
Doesn’t offer breakfast but plenty of places nearby.
Additional £15 fee for the management bu pure service

Impossible to call to the office to check in. I'd much prefer to check in at the accommodation directly. Check was a bit inefficient due to lack of technology and unnecessary paperwork

Location very central.
Once booked (last minute) I was contacted asking for either a £15 waiver fee or a £50 deposit. This certainly wasn’t clear prior to booking. I reluctantly paid the £15 or would have lost the whole amount. This is the first time I have had to pay a deposit or waiver for a Booking.com booking. Bed lumpy. Room hot. Extraction fan in bathroom didn’t work. Drainage on the sink very slow.
