Although small didn’t feel cramped in the bedroom or living space. Modern look and homey feel. Very glad the owner advised the main door sticks and have to push with shoulder, it sticks so wouldn’t have known otherwise. Very quiet space, hardly heard the neighbours, did hear all the hustle from the street though. Windows open properly so in the heat it was lovely to have them open!
Bathroom was very small, shower being a corner shower very tight.

Excellent t location, right by the prom and in town amongst the shops, bars and cafes.
There was no parking but we knew about this and managed to find on street parking about 5 mins walk away.

The storage space (wardrobe) in the room is extremely limited.

Excellent location
Shabby and noisy communal entrance. No instructions for heating or oven, limited glassware in kitchen and cleaning standards could be better - lipstick on glasses, dusty skirting boards and food/drink marks on doors.
