Just not warm enough.

Location and view

Inadequate heating that couldn’t be controlled so it was cold a lot of our visit.

Beautiful Apartment

Location was excellent....close to town for my elderly mother who cannot walk far....view fantasic we enjoyed people watching kept mom who has dementia occupied for a few hours. Apartment very clean and well equipped beautiful furnishings. Lovely and bright which was welcoming in the winter months. Bed was very comfortable. All in all a lovely short break. We will use again when in the area.

Nothing we liked everything. If i had to say one thing is that the lighting in kitchen area could do with being a bit brighter....however it would not stop me going again.

Perfect place to stay for comfort, sea views and locality to town/lift.

The host communication was excellent. The flat was one you wish you could live in. We stayed during winter time which limited the daytime view but it snowed. Beautiful to wake up to.

An enjoyable apartment.

I enjoyed sitting in the bay window watching the sun set into the sea. The heating worked well. There were some touches of luxury. There was a good variety of teas and coffee in the kitchen cupboard. There were TVs in the living room and bedroom. The shower was good. It would be good value for two people but a little expensive for one. It was surprisingly spacious. If guests wanted to stay for several days and provide their own food, it was very possible with the well equipped kitchen. The owner had made a big effort to make it feel welcoming.

Relaxing stay ar lan y mor!

The location of the apartment is amazing, looking out over the sea. We watched the sun set from the chairs in the window both evenings. The apartment is very well equipped and the bed is very comfortable. The decor is quite fabulous, seaside and Aberystwyth themed!

Everything was perfect. From QR code for Wifi to ease of check in. Hosts were super friendly and will definitely come again. Below picture is view out of property. Also after September 30th its free parking at the sea front meaning you can park your car right outside the property

Bright fun apartment, perfectly located. A lot of nice touches like the bathrobes and stickers on the toilet rolls, but

Central, perfect location. It was absolutely gorgeous laying on the sofa watching the sunset . Decor is fun and bright, loved the addition of the bath robes. Kitchen well stocked with teas/coffees and milk and well equipped.

It needs updating with painting, it’s looking a bit ‘tired’. A replacement microwave is a must (we didn’t use it) and the light fittings in the bedroom need screwing into the ceiling.

Gorgeous, comfortable apartment on seafront in Aberystwyth

Such a pretty apartment looking out to sea at the front. Incredibly comfy bed, great shower, gorgeous living room and a lovely place to stay in Aberystwyth. We only had one night here but facilities are good with a very well equipped kitchen. Highly recommend.

Maybe a couple too many air fresheners but that's just me and I'm not fond of them. Otherwise, nothing negative at all.

Sea view

The sea view, we didn't bother to put the TV on! It was really nicely furnished and quirky. There was everything we could possibly need in the kitchen apart from there were no tea towels. Great selection of teas and coffees, glasses of every kind which we made full use of! Access to iron and ironing board was great. The bed was a good size and was quite comfortable apart from having the join in the middle. The dressing table was a bonus. The shower was easy to use. The fan in the lounge was great to have as it was quite warm.

There was only one hand towel. No tea towels. The join in the middle of the bed.

Cushions and some rugs were dust magnets. Sofa only for slouching. Décor tired and entrance dingy. Teas, coffee and cleaning materials left by previous occupants not good. The view was to die for but the description of ‘luxury’ is misleading

The host left milk, teabags and biscuits which was really thoughtful as we arrived late and were only there for one night. Flat overlooks the sea too which was lovely.

It was all great - took me a moment to locate the bathroom (which is through the bedroom) but no complaints - the flat is lovely and wish we’d been able to stay for longer.

Did the job, but we wouldn't go back.

We simply needed a convenient overnight stay with cooking facilitities for an early appointment at the nearby hospital. It did the job as far as that was concerned. The apartment was mostly good once you got inside, and the view of the sea was great. The bathroom was clean and the shower was good.

The entranceway was down a side passageway, which was untidy. There was rubbish at the entrance, and down a set of steps just beyond the doorway. The hall and stairs were dark and smelled damp; the light didnt work properly- hopefully now repaired. The heating wouldn't work- there was a notice saying not to "play around" with the thermostat settings. The day of our visit was unseasonably wet and cold, and some heat would have been welcome. The sofa was terribly uncomfortable for us- OK if you just wanted to sprawl. The huge seagull dropping across the window didn't help the view, but perhaps you just have to accept those as part of the experience.

Perfect little gem of an apartment!

The property is in an ideal location on the sea front and close to the town centre. We had a very relaxing stay and would definitely stay again. There is plenty of tea and coffee in cupboard and a milk in the fridge. There is a telly in each room and you can use the apps IPlayer, Netflix etc. The huge bed was comfy and the pillows were great. There was a cute dressing table which had cotton wool, ear buds and a hair dryer for getting ready. The apartment was nice a toasty in the evening too which was perfect for chilling out. Overall my partner and me had a wonderful stay here, relaxing and watching the world go bye from the window when we weren’t out and about.

Parking can be tricky depending what time you are parking, use a car park before 4.30 after that time, plenty of space. A more modern telly in the front room would be ideal.

Perfect location but parking a pain

Perfect location and beautiful view. However, parking limitations in the town did spoil our break a little and these are not made clear in advance. Advert states plenty of free on street parking available but actually this is only for 1-4 hours before 6pm so needed to move the car several times as we arrived in the morning.

Lovely apartment with beautiful view.

The view was wonderful looking straight out at the sea. Seating in the bay window was comfortable and so was the rest of the apartment.

Because it was November and Storm Bert weather we could have done with the heating coming on sooner, but once it was on the apartment was very cosy.

Super clean ,felt very hourly and there was some decent tea and a pint of milk in the fridge,coikd have stayed for the week ax had everything you'd need ,they had even changed date on blocks ,now that's detail ...and we loved it

A sunny colourful apartment that lifts the spirit.

The decor was warm and uplifting the view brilliant, simply put we enjoyed a brief but very comfortable stay in a colourful environment that was most suited to enjoy by the sea. It had everything we needed and more and we enjoyed cooking our breakfast before a very suitable check out time of 11 am.

A very pleasant visit and very comfortable

The property is in a great location on the sea front at Aberystwyth. The apartment is well appointed and little touches like a selection of teas and coffees along with fresh milk in the fridge create a great welcome. The bay window in the lounge is a fabulous place to sit and watch the world go by.

Parking was not easy and there were no hand towels.

The views from the main room. The design of the layout and quirkiness of the decor. The helpfulness of the owner of the property offering to help with bags and putting on some heating when my clothing was wet.

The very dirty windows spoiled the view, (which was the main reason for choosing this property). All six of the main windows had dried on bird poo on them and some windows were ‘blown’. The footsteps from the apartment above woke me very early each morning (I thought apartment blocks were often carpeted)?
