The heater is not functioning well,the breakfast room was very cold as the heater didn't open. It was freezing. Theroo.s the blanket is just like they didn't change because there is crampled Improve more, it'snot possible with the 20 euro breakfast, and it'snot complete. .

Locations is great and that’s where it ends!

The location is about the only thing going for the hotel. We have stayed multiple times over that past few years and we return because of the location.

Rooms not made up on arrival, dirty bedding on the beds etc. Beds not made up as requested - requested twins and got doubles. We had to split and remake the beds ourselves. Breakfast was supposed to be from 8 - staff strolled in at 8:20. All ok if on own but as a large group not ideal! Communal areas dirty , dusty and need a lick of paint. Kitchen and breakfast room was very dirty.

Terrible and unsanitary .

Location

Rooms not cleaned from last guests, we booked two rooms. Both smelled very bad of previous occupants sweat and goodness knows what else. Both rooms had very dirty rooms with used bedding, used towels just thrown around. Toilets, bins not cleaned. Unfit to stay with previous guests hairs in bed, chewed chewing gum left on bedside table. Unmanned reception with no answer to the phone number so had to book alternative hotel to stay in at 1am in the morning. No response to my message to property. I eventually found someone on reception 2 days later and he told me they had problem with the cleaner but this did not help when we arrived 2 days earlier. This was a terrible experience and the worst hotel I have ever been to.

Location was good.

No reception when we arrived. Key cards with our name and room number were just displayed on the counter. That was a security risk. We could here various noises (footsteps, furniture / doors being banged even past midnight). Generally, cleanliness of room including walls and floors could be improved more.

The location was excellent, and the gent working at breakfast time was brilliant.

A couple of small issues (couple of plug sockets not working, twin rooms booked but 2 rooms were doubles). Nothing too serious and it didn’t take away from what the property offered

Window latch would not close allowing a cold draft into the room. Also top window cracked. Couldn’t get the overhead shower to work only the hand one!

Superb hotel, centrally located

The location was superb and well located close to restaurants. The rooms were clean, and tidy. The breakfast was real value for money. Easy to find from the Central Station/Bust Station

A very nice hotel but definitely overpriced for what was on offer.

Given that there was a very noisy fair in the square outside the hotel we were grateful for a room at the back. Very good location with car park and restaurants nearby.

There was no receptionist (illness? or saving money?), but our key was left at the desk which was fine. We had booked a twin bedded room, but ours was a double, no answer when I tried the telephone numbers given, so we had to make do with our room. There were very few facilities in the room which for that price was disappointing. The breakfast was ok but could have been better. It would have helped if there was a message on the website saying to go to Pavilion B in the underground car park as it is enormous and not all exits had lifts.

Great city, would stay somewhere else.

The location was fabulous, very central. The car park opposite was convenient and a good range of restaurants nearby.

We didn’t see any staff until checking out to pay The room was not like any of the photos and a little disappointing, although clean. Breakfast was a no choice option but plenty of continental fayre. No tea making facilities and with a lack of staff no ability to get a drink in the hotel.

Easily accesible hotel at the end of the main shopping street

Easy to reach, by car there is a big (paid) underground parking with an exit at the front door of the hotel

Only applies to the room we had:it was above the restaurant and next to the breakfast lounge, so bass from the music in the restaurant in the evening and noise from setting up the breakfast in the morning
