Quaint, charming, & clean B&B with awesome owner

The property was very CLEAN. The location was great, few min walk to the village. It was nice to come back to a quiet place after a day hanging out in Brugge during the Christmas season. Very efficient use of the space. The owner was very pleasant and attentive especially when we had changed our itinerary at the last min (requesting an extra day - one day early). He provided us with some good suggestions to start. Having onsite parking was extremely convenient since we needed a car during this trip. Overall, we would went to come back on the summer time for a visit.

Elegant, cosy, gorgeous garden, welcoming and friendly.

The breakfast was beautiful, served in the garden, a tastefully decorated table, several courses of yoghurt, fruit, croissants and bread with homemade jam, eggs and hot meat as well as cold meat and cheese. Coffee or tea and homemade juice. A highlight of the weekend. Safe and easy parking, the house is gorgeous and elegantly decorated and Leivan our host was full of recommendations of things to do and where to eat.

Perfect stay

Me and my family stayed here for 2 nights in Bruges and the experience was amazing ! The along with his friends are really nice and helpful. He started with guiding us how we could make the most of this city. The rooms are really nice and clean. Located just 300 meters away from entering the center. I would come and stay here again, and so should you if you are planning to visit Bruges

This was a peaceful stat in an excellent location. Short walk to the city center.

Beautiful and peaceful grounds - we stayed in the side house with a wall of windows! The breakfast was delicious with homemade jam and with “from the garden” touches. Delicious.

There is not a/c but Leiven set us up with a mini cooler and a large rotating fan.

An exceptional B&B with a fantastic, helpful owner!

This is a BEAUTIFUL B&B that is maintained to an exceptional standard. The owner, Lieven , clearly takes pride in what was his family home growing up. Rooms are spotless and we loved all the small touches like water in the rooms, local information, a lovely welcome note, dressing gowns and toiletries. There is a huge garden at the rear of the property which is so lovely with fruit trees and areas to sit. We didn’t take breakfast at the property but I believe it would have been delicious. The B&B is the perfect location to explore Brugge with the square about 25 mins walk away. Lieven is extremely helpful in recommending places to visit and going over the map of the area with us. Would definitely recommend a visit to Fine Fleur.

This B&B is on the pricier side which we didn’t mind when we saw how beautiful it was however the extra 40 euros for parking 2 cars for 2 days isn’t included in the price. It was good to know the cars were just outside and locked behind the gate so were safe.

Lovley Hotel bit pricey

The area and staff very good lovley breakfast parking,10 min walk to central bruggs

Very expensive to stay here breakfast 18 Euros per person per day and parking extra too 10 euros per day that we didn't realise with taxes extra to 4 euros each per day your looking at 400 euros to stay here for two nights where we could have stayed round the corner for half the price and had cheaper parking and salmon for breakfast

A week in Bruges sightseeing in the area.

Good location, very willing to provide vegan breakfast. Lieven was so helpful and attentive. Breakfast was lovely. Good to have onsite parking and the room was nice with a private patio.

Nothing really but if I had to comment maybe a bin in the room as well as bathroom. More information on recycling and option to keep towels but have cups and bin / sink cleaned more frequently.

We had a lovely stay at Fine Fleur and enjoyed the historic ambience.

We enjoyed our 2-night stay, a very impromtu booking but this was no problem and the host was super welcoming, attentive and gave us some great tips on where to eat and what to do. Breakfast was lovely and delicious and served in the garden. Our appartment was spotless, with everything we needed and a great view. Luckily also with flywire!

The wireless internet was not great (apparently there was a problem at the time). Otherwise, nothing!

What a fantastic location. Such a beautiful house and the owner went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The breakfast was delicious too. The bedrooms were comfy and the view into the garden was beautiful too. There was as a beautiful lounge for us to relax in after a full day sightseeing with a lit fire every evening. Thank you for letting us stay in your home and thank you for making us feel so welcome ❤️

It got Christmas off to a great start

Ideal location for exploring Bruges, not right in the centre but a pleasant 15 min walk to the main square. Bars and restaurants nearby. Lovely B&B, our room was a good size and very warm (it was -6 outside). Breakfast got the day off to a good start.

The shower was a little bit weak but still useable and that can be excused from the age of the property. It would not stop us from staying here again, maybe in the summer to take advantage of the large garden.

The most wonderful host at a really charming house just at the edge of the city.

Our host Leven made our entire trip very special. A kind soul inside and out he welcomed us and sat us down straight away by the open fire to tell us everything about the city he's so proud of. I noticed immediately that he directed his conversation to Emily my partner - not intentionally either, but just the way he was and it was wondeful to see that. Leven and his wife were outstandingly charming and despite booking a room at the very last minute, they were ready waiting for us and provided any help we needed during our stay. Will definitely go back if nothing, just to say hi to Leven again!

This stay was special thanks to landlord. He was very nice and helpful. We chatted with him every morning during the breakfast about Bruges and things to do and see, he gave us some great tips. Breakfast was excellent. Free parking was close to apartment.

Bathroom, living room with fireplace (so good to think) and the room itself are great. I did marathon in Brugge and it was perfect, 15-20 min to Markt and 10min to the train station. I did not use any transport.

It was as wonderful as Brugge is: + Exceptional breakfast + Very friendly and helpful host (and small doggy) + Tidy and cozy + The bed was not the best at first sight, but it was really comfortable and we slept well + Good water pressure in the shower + We were in a separate building with a big window to a terrace and it first I was in doubt if the room would be warm enough, but it was great without a hint of becoming cold + Well furnished + Excellent Wi-Fi + Private parking + Easy access to the very old center of the Brugge + Fast check-in (even late) and check-out

A very little remark: – Towels are a bit old and rough (but really clean and with a good scent)
