De Hoogmolen - 3 mins from the city centre

The location in relation to the BMCC conference centre is absolutely brilliant – just a 2min walk. The directions I received in advance on how to get there, how to enter the house and the room were so helpful! The room is spacious and bright and had more than everything I needed. The view to the canal is particularly lovely and the area is extremely quiet at night. The bed is incredibly comfortable – it’s a shame I always had to get up so early :) Because of the mosquitoes (near the canal), I kept the window closed at night.

A mosquito net on the window would make the room even more perfect. Or a hook above the bed, so travellers could bring their own mosquito net and hang it over the bed.

The location of this accommodation is excellent, close to the central train station and near the historic center.

The Wi-Fi connection was slow.

Location and quietness within the room

The stairs were narrower than expected. I would have like a bath mat as floor was quite slippery when wet.

Great location about 10 minutes walk from the station and a similar distance to the city centre. Several restaurants nearby and easy to find our way to and from the property.

Stairs to the first and second floors were quite steep and narrow so may not suit everyone.
