Excellent place to stay in Brugge, near the old town.

Great location, quiet but close to the old town Ana easily walkable. Was able to arrange a late check in easily. Friendly staff

I was on the first floor and the people above me were very loud walking around as not much sound proofing between floors, which disrupted my sleep.

A very enjoyable stay in a beautiful city .....travelled by train all the way from West Wales

The room was on the ground floor next to the entrance but it was still very quiet. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Continental breakfast was nice and plentiful. The General Manager, Taulant Grajqevci could not have been more helpful and informative.....so approachable !! The hotel is approximately a 20 mins walk to the old town of Bruges and to the train station.

Ok for a night if nothing near by. Was told free parking, had to park on side road 7 minutes walk away.

It was a 15 minute walk to city centre. Staff was friendly.

It was like walking back into the 70s. Room 11 had old furniture. Carpet stained badly. Tiles in shower room cracked and lifting. Door would not close because of tiles.

Walking distance to city center.

One of our stops on a road trip in Europe, easy to get to the hotel by car, and then be able to walk to the attractions in town. Penthouse with views of the city was a bonus.

If you wanted to avoid the sofa, we could have done without it.

Enjoyable stay, great value

Excellent value for money, room was spacious, modern, fresh with a great shower and comfortable bed. Staff were very pleasant. Garden courtyard and breakfast area was beautiful. A short stroll into the main town and next to a lovely park. We managed to use the free parking which was not too far. We had a view of the main tower out our window and overlooked the beautiful courtyard.

We were on the top floor which meant the room got quite hot, although we were supplied with a fan, air conditioning would have been more effective. It would be great to have a kettle and mini bar in the room.

The attic triple room we had was very warm with no A/C (portable electric fans only) and only a Velux roof window for direct ventilation.(The other window in the room opened onto a communal corridor). There was no mechanical extract ventilation in the bathroom.

Misleading info, unprepared room, no isolation, noisy. On positive side bed was good.

Room was not prepared. Unorganised welcome, waited at reception more than 15 minutes. Bath towels were missing, managed to get them in the morning. No gratitude water in the rooms. No free parking. They pointed out city’s P+R point. If it is not on site why would you put in booking as free parking?? That’s not fair. All around hotels not sayin free parking but this hotel!! Super noisy no isolation- could hear anything from Outside as well as from reception!!!

Low price compared to other hotels but not worth to visit again unfortunately.

Good location close to city center, 10min walking. Staff very polite.

The bed was too hard and thus uncomfortable. We got the ground floor room right next to the entrance door so it was extremely loud when people entering/leaving the hotel. Reception not available after a certain hour so noone could check for how loud people were in the common area (11.30pm).

Good breakfast including salty & sweet options, fresh fruits and good coffee. Central location in a quiet part of the historical city center. Nice garden area. Very comfortable mattress. Nice soap. Kind staff. Road with free parking just 7min walk from the hotel.

The toilet is separated from the bathroom. These rooms are located on opposite parts of the room. The building is old so you can hear loud steps and conversations from other rooms. No tissues in the bathroom.

Walking distance to historical center.

This hotel is a joke. One of the worse hotel I have been for these 5 reasons: 1/ NOBODY there to welcome us when we checked-in after 17h and NO air-conditioner. The pictures in the website DOES NOT reflect the reality for the room 20 that we booked. 2/they did not inform during the booking that our room had NO direct windows. In fact happen there was roof-top small windows with NO curtain. We learned the next day when we complained that there was a stick in the room with open the roof window. And what it it is raining and we want to breath ? Consequently it was suffocating under hot season and we had to use noisy oldish fan all night. Very good serenade for our baby. Seems that they expect guests to wake up with the sun LOL like chicken. This hotel selling room 20 with no accessible window for almost 200€ is cheating people ! When we complained, they replied ¨what do you expect from 2 stars hotel ? We only have 13 rooms and it does not justify full time 24h reception. ¨ 3/ Since there is nobody after 17h, they leave a printed notice and your key are in front desk. The name of the wifi was even not the good one. 4/ receptionist behavior, The young blond lady receptionist was not professional at all and does not understand Hospitality business standard ! The way she answered was disrespectful. 5/breakfast quality for 12€ is a rip-off. We went outside. Basically, this hotel is overpriced for poor customer service.

Great location. The young girl at the front desk at check out was friendly. The beds are comfy.

There was construction or renovations happening in the building right near our room pretty early in the morning. This wasn't mentioned to us before we arrived and was pretty frustrating to wake up to. The showers are extremely slippery you need to be super careful in there. There is no floor mat.

We were right opposite reception desk. Light shone in under, over and threw the door. Badly fitted doors, you could hear every footstep from rooms above ours, far tok noisey to sleep, would not recommend, would not stay again sorry.

Cute hotel in quiet region

The hotel is located around 10-15 min walking of the Markt and the area is really quiet. The rooms was big and comfortable, and enough storage for longer stays. The self checkin was easy and the staff nice and helpful. The breakfast was standard, had all the classic options, everything fresh and warm.

There is no lift available and the stair steps are quite small, might be a bit difficult for those with big luggage.

The bed was very comfortable; the breakfast perfectly adequate for the price paid. The bathroom was clean with the shower powerful. The location was about 15 minutes walk from the centre of Bruges

We were given rooms 4 and 5 which were next to the front door which disturbed us when guests entered. The radiators were dusty and paintwork in the bedroom chipped. This gave a tired look to the room.
