LOCATION & HOSPITALITY

Perfect location from Central Train Station as well as walkable distance to Bruges centre of attractions. Lovely hospitality from Christian and Jayne, generous with Bruges information and requests. Heads up that the stairs to room are steep and narrow, thus big luggage are not accessible. No hassle, just bring up essentials and you can access your luggage that is stored in breakfast room anytime. Definitely recommend a stay here if you're visiting beautiful Bruges.

Lovely stay

Property is situated in a great position only 10 minutes from the station and the start of the main shopping streets. Lovely park opposite alongside the water. Room had all the facilities needed. Breakfast provided was ample and the warm rolls were delicious. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Great location in a quiet neighbourhood, easy to get to, parking not too far away, not too close to to busy town centre, but close enough to easily walk there. The breakfast was also great.

Cozy bed and breakfast close to historic center

The host was very kind and gave us a map and suggestions. Breakfast was very good. We were able to park our car for free at a school nearby since it was a weekend. Our bedroom was very spacious and well decorated. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice view from our window. Coffee machine in our bedroom with capsules and creamer.

There were steep and narrow stairs to our room but we already knew that beforehand.

The location was within easy walking distance to the town center. Christian and Jayne were very knowledgeable about the area and gave us great suggestions for eating and sightseeing. The room was furnished beautifully and was a good size.

Our stay was just ok.

Location was good enough, free parking in 15-20 minutes walk. The room was clean, everything what you need was available; the breakfast was ok too.

Everything was very small in the room; very narrow and steep staircase, guest rooms are located starting from the second floor, it is not convenient to go up and down even with a small suitecase. Due to hot weather, it was also very hot in the room especially in the morning hours.

The accommodation was exactly how it was described, so close to the centre and very clean. The hosts were lovely and made us very welcome. The breakfast was really good. nothing was too much trouble. we will definitely go again and recommend it. Brilliant!!!

This B&B is a lovely furnished house. The host is very friendly and gave us a lot of good advice for Bruges. In the morning we were woken up by the smell of fresh bread rolls and sunshine. If we visit bruges again, we will definitiv use this B&B again.

Bruges is a beautiful place and the Colliers beautiful hosts. Couldn't fault it.

We felt so welcomed and comfortable when we arrived. Our room was tastefully decorated and welcoming, complete with a bust that looked just like my little sister!! Next to the canal it was quiet and peaceful, but in very close proximity to the market square, and access to town was easy. Our chats with our hosts were relaxed, warm and friendly and, being fellow B&B providers, it was fun to compare notes on the why, where and how. Could have spent more time there and plan to return for more of the same!!

Whilst the home was just lovely, and one couldn't change a thing: carrying a large backpack and negotiating the two flights of stairs which had narrow treads was a little challenging, however, it would not stop us returning, we'll just use smaller backpacks!

Wonderful gem just outside of the central Bruges district!

Wonderful property and perfect hosts. Room and bathroom were quite large. While it didn’t work out for all of us it was a prefect room for our adult children during our stay.

Unfortunately the stairs to the top unit were too much for my old knees. That’s on me — I had thought there were only two flights of stairs which might have been worth the effort, but there were three.

Perfect location: less than 10 minute walk from the railway station (for work in Brussels) and a similar distance from the postcard perfect market place of Bruges (for sightseeing), but very quiet (for a good sleep). Extremely friendly and communicative owners. Easy check-in, well-working wifi, tea-maker in the room. Very good breakfasts, although the same each day - I would introduce some variation. Some previous guest complained about narrow and very steep stairs, but for me it was a part of the attraction.

It didn't bother me as I stayed alone, but the double room would be rather small for two people, and with a tiny bathroom - it was actually interesting to see that bathroom can be made so small.

A very special stay in Bruges!

Jayne was wonderful and made such a fabulous effort to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh pastries and bread rolls, alongside a selection of cheese and ham/jams and condiments. Fresh juice and coffee was also provided - we very much made the most of our daily breakfast spread, which kept us full well into the afternoon. Jayne was very helpful with giving us valuable advice on where to visit, providing maps and top tips for our stay in Bruges. Our room was very comfortable (cosy) and had everything we needed. The bulb in the main bedroom light wasn't working on our arrival, but this was quickly fixed. Nothing was too much trouble - fantastic hosts. We will definitely return 😊 Thank you again!!

There was nothing negative about our stay, aside from my mum having trouble managing the very narrow steeps stairs up to our room (2 flights to climb). Again, this can't be helped, as it is a typical Flemish home! Being a female that dons makeup, a bright spot/strip light above the mirror for getting ready, could be helpful.

Home sweet home 🤩

We loved to stay in this property. We felt like home, it was cozy. The owners are very friendly and kind. It is well located near downtown in a quiet street, nice view, too. The room is comfortable and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was really good. Parking is close by at a convenient price. We’ll definitely come back. We really recommend it!

Very nice, big room, perfect for a family with 2 kids. Perfect location, 600m from historical city center, and close to nice walking path in the nature. Free parking a few hundred meters from the house. Very friendly and helpful owners.

Everything was really good. If something could be improved, it could be the breakfast. This one was diversified, but the bread is industrial. Bread from local bakery would be nicer. Same for jams. But it's overall a detail compared to the experience we had.

A rememberall stay

When I arrived, unfortunately two hours before schedule, the lady was so helpfull and friendly, I've could possibly imagine. Honestly we already paid our booking, but it is quite a step to let unknown people in your house, when you're not there. It is indeed 10 minutes walk to the city centre, a quite area, and the breakfast was just the same as on the picture. ( egg, jam, different kind of bread, juice, french press coffee) In our guestroom there was a possibility to make tea and a corkscrew availlable. It was just perfect for us. The bed was good, not to soft, and fitted very nice in the room, a bigger bed should be more comfortable, but it was not possible. I also liked the decoration of the room. And the room could be well ventilated. Thank you for the hostpitality.

So I've already said, the bed could be bigger for us, but it doesn't fit in the room. When we'll come back, I should try the other room, but when you are not very tall, and thin you stay will be perfect.

One of the best places to stay in Brugge.

The location of this B&B is really good if you want to travel to the main attractions in the center of Brugge by foot. Also an added advantage was the lovely breakfast prepared by Jayne. She also gave us helpful tips to visit the main attractions in the city. The house was really warm and cozy and room was very clean. Great place for couples to make some good memories together!

The price per night was a bit too much. Since we planned the trip last minute, this was the best option we found. But it could also be because of the festive season coming up.
