Fantastic stay just outside the city centre of Brussels!

The rooms were clean, neat and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful, offering a map of the city and information about the area and sightseeing spots. A safe 10minute walk into the city centre. Free parking offered at the accomodation. The breakfast was excellent the next morning! Would highly recommend!

Overpriced and Poorly Maintained

The staff were friendly and the location

- We booked a massage and were later contacted to reschedule the appointment. Although I initially agreed, we ultimately decided to cancel; however, we were unable to obtain a refund. - The massage experience was below expectations, with excessive oil used, and it did not feel professional or based on proper training or technique. - The massage table itself had an unpleasant smell, which also affected the experience. - The bedsheets in the room had an unpleasant odor, as if they had not been properly cleaned or freshly changed. - The pillows and the bed were soft and uncomfortable. - The bathroom appeared old, dusty, and had visible spider webs, indicating poor maintenance and cleaning. - The slippers provided for the spa were broken and not suitable for use. Overall, the room was expensive considering the poor quality, cleanliness, and overall experience. I will recommend to go somewhere else for your sty in Brugge.

Place to avoid!!

The only positive points were the two person bathtub and the free parking just 10 minutes from the center.

What a letdown, avoid at all costs! Nothing was right: the decor was outdated, the minibar had a warm, empty fridge, one of the three roller shutters was completely broken so we were woken up at 8 a.m., the bedding was super soft, and the paint was peeling... As for the breakfast, which was sold to us as great and plentiful, I think they need to go back to the drawing board. You'll eat in a room that looks like a funeral parlor, with very mediocre food. Not to mention we paid €175 a night—a disgrace!

Disliked bedding, prefer cotton, lampshade in lounge to low, kept hitting my head going in and out. Did not approve of sugar in an open dish, coffee machine jammed with empty coffee capsules, black mould at base of shower glass screen. Wash basin set to high.

Very calm location, closed to the city center. Very friendly and attentive owners. Nice breakfast!

Outstanding location with fabulous room and host

Spacious room with big bath. Fantastic location for walking into Bruges. Excellent host, felt very looked after. Area to make drinks and sit out on the roof terrace. Fab breakfast - the food kept coming!

Not really 'didn't like', but worried about food waste at breakfast. Couldn't eat it all and there were some things we just wouldn't eat.

Pleasant

Friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast and a good location with off street parking. Room was a good size and availability of a communal lounge for hot drinks was a bonus. There is also a roof terrace but the weather was a little too cold for us to take advantage of this.

There were a few minor issues that could easily be rectified with a bit more attention - several missing/not working light bulbs, a really noisy bathroom fan and a problematic shower tray, for example. The bed was very soft and the nylon sheets were also quite unpleasant.

Mega friendly and kind staff. Very very nice breakfast and delivered to us to have it warm. Tons of good details to us like flip flops, bed presentation, bathrobes.... Nice clean room and bathroom. Really good location to visit Brugge . For us one of the best places (if not the best) in the last 2 years travelling around. 10 over 10!

Only one tiny recommendation: to have a place to hang up the towels in the bathroom. But still 10 over 10. If we come back to Brugge we will repeat here for sure.

Er mag terug wat meer liefde worden gestoken in het pand: matras versleten, douche/bad kraan die niet naar behoren werkte, uitgedroogde sandwich bij het ontbijt, wellness was oké maar ook daar is het toe aan opfrissing

De rust en de vriendelijkheid hoe alles uitgelegd is geweest als ook het stadsplan overlopen

Alles begint een beetje verouderd te worden badkamer waar de voegen en siliconen eens vervangen moet worden en de matras overtrek was aan de te kleine kant voor de dikke wel goede matras waardoor de overtrek iedere keer los kwam

De locatie is heel gunstig, de gastheer is zeer vriendelijk en het ontbijt was goed

De kamer mag wat aandacht krijgen. Nieuwe hoofdkussens, stoel voor je kleding op te leggen zou top zijn.

C'était un cadeau. L'accueil est le seul point positif .

Le gros point négatif est la propreté. Que ce soit la douche, la literie, les oreillers, la poussière sur les meubles et lampes et dessous du lit, c'était trèssssss sale. Et ne parlons pas des chaussures de chambre ainsi que les peignoirs qui, on le voit, avaient été portées....je n'ose pas imaginer le centre de massage :(

Het spijt me om te melden dat dit echt een rommelige zolderkamer betreft. De foto's zijn misleiden. De beddengoed waren niet schoon en mijn zus en ik hebben eigen handdoeken op de kussen gelegd om te slapen.

Hygiëne en alles is slecht en verouderd.
