Room with sea view

The view from the 10th floor was amazing. We love it when we can see the sea when waking up in the morning. Toilet and bathroom have been renovated and all facilities were available for a good cup of coffee with a view :). Parking was offered in a secluded area for which we had to pay but it was worth the price for having a weekend without any difficulties for parking. Breakfast was very nice with again sea view and a lot of natural light which we really appreciate. We will definitely come again.

If any remarks : You cannot drive in front of the hotel to unload luggage in the high season which is a bit difficult but it is understandable.

Lovely location at the beach

Large room with a beautiful view and a lovely balcony (would have appreciated a small table outside as well, but it was okay). Room was clean, toilet separate from the bathroom itself which can be useful. Little fridge and aircon in the room. The windows kept the street noise where it belongs: outside. Beautifully located right at the beach. Supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants all conveniently close enough to walk. Tram stop (connecting all towns along the Belgian coast) just 5 minutes walk away. Parking (30 € per night) was nearby and safe (worth the money during high season, as parking spots are quite rare). Reception staff was helpful and friendly. Didn't try breakfast, but the breakfast room looked nice.

The room and the hotel are quite basic, so in terms of facilities there are not many. We did not use the swimming pool or the gym (which are located in a different hotel in Blankenberge, but we just found out after our stay), but in my opinion it is not right to advertise them here if they are not within the same building/complex. Value for money not great in my opinion.

Huge administrative burden. I received many many emails regarding my stay, electronic check in, etc. etc. Careful about the mosquitos. There was also quite some noise from the ventilator.

Airco didn’t work, the room at night time was too warm to sleep 20c mattress didn’t have mattress protectors which made an uncomfortable night sleep Unfortunately people were smoking which you could smell in the toilet and bathroom and in the hallway Make clear the price of private parking on website. Perfect for a short beach vacation

Very nice hotel in the first beach row. The view from the window and balcony are fantastic (be sure to book a room on the upper floors). The breakfast is also very good, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Only downside: parking near the hotel is very expensive, cheap parking can be found after about 5 min walk. Unfortunately, the cleaning service was not so attentive.

Great location - sea view! Amazing sunsets from the balcony! Room is clean, the staff is friendly. There is a lift. The room was rather big. There is a safe-box.

The balcony was dirty, it looks like nobody clean it. Breakfast is not served in the room as stated on the website. Parking is far away, you must first put the luggage to the hotel, and then go to park. There wasn't also a minibar, only a little fridge.

NEVER AGAIN. An awful hotel with very rude management and staff

there was nothin* at all to like about this property

The air conditioning was not working when we checked in at noon on a day when temperatures hit 40 degrees C. We were told it would be fixed soon. after arguing with the afternoon male receptionist, he finally agreed to call the manager for me, because when I tried to do so repeatedly he did not answer. When I finally did speak to him and ask for a fan the manager rudely told me that he would not provide a fan because the system would be repaired by 4pm; I was checked into my room at noon, so imagine the discomfort. The male front desk receptionist was also exceedingly rude to my wife when she later asked for the phone number of the manager so she could call herself. Furthermore, the room itself was billed as a deluxe room, but smelled terribly and the balcony was covered in bird droppings and several cigarette butts. the shower had very poor water pressure, the breakfast was mediocre, and even the snack vending machine was out of order. I spoke with another managerial type at checkout who said he would try to arrange for a partial refund, but, needless to say, none has been offered. a poorly managed, poorly maintained hotel.

Good location and super clean hotel

Hotel was super clean. Room good size. Bathroom clean and nice. Loved the view from the balcony. Coffee making facilities and fridge in the room. Room was more 4 stars than 3 stars standards.

Check-out time at 10.30 was quite early. On Saturday afternoon and evening there was a party in the beach restaurant near by, the music was extremely loud and made impossible to enjoy the balcony. But that is not hotel's fault.

Sehr schlecht, hat die Auszeichnung von 4**** nicht verdient 😞😞😞😞Diese Hotel hat die Bewertung von 4**** nicht verdient, die gesamte Einrichtung entspricht Sauberkeit, Ausstattung sowie Umgang des Personals in keiner Weise, die Zimmer werden nicht täglich Bad und WC nicht geputzt, die Böden der 2 genannten Räume sind in der Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes von 7 Nächten nicht 1 mal gewischt worden, auch die Duschkabine nicht, die Einrichtungsmöbel nicht 1x in der Zeit, an einem Tage wurde in unserem Zimmer erst um 15.30h das Bett gerichtet, die Bettwäsche nur 1x in der gesamten Zeit von 7 Tagen, Toilettenpapier mussten wir immer drum bitten, wurde nicht nachgereicht automatisch, das Frühstück war nicht so gut wie es gelobt wurde lt. Beschreibung, 1 Garagenstellplatz kostet dort pro Tag 30,00 €, unverschämt, also insgesamt sehr schlechter Service, nicht sauber, überteuert ins gesamt, es tut uns sehr leid für diesen Aufenthalt so hohen Preis gezahlt zu haben, wir sind sehr enttäuscht 😞.
