Great location and staff with a lovely breakfast we got served.
The room was quite dated and had a foul smell. Not too offensive smell but can be worked out by better carpet cleaning product,

The view from the 10th floor was amazing. We love it when we can see the sea when waking up in the morning. Toilet and bathroom have been renovated and all facilities were available for a good cup of coffee with a view :). Parking was offered in a secluded area for which we had to pay but it was worth the price for having a weekend without any difficulties for parking. Breakfast was very nice with again sea view and a lot of natural light which we really appreciate. We will definitely come again.
If any remarks : You cannot drive in front of the hotel to unload luggage in the high season which is a bit difficult but it is understandable.

Breakfast was great staff at reception and breakfast fabulous
The sea view from the room was outstanding
Coffee machine great should also supply decaf capsules
Airco didn’t work, the room at night time was too warm to sleep 20c
mattress didn’t have mattress protectors which made an uncomfortable night sleep
Unfortunately people were smoking which you could smell in the toilet and bathroom and in the hallway
Make clear the price of private parking on website.
Unfortunately no kettle to boil water for a cup of tea
