The matress was good.

The roomkey didn't work several times. All you're being told is that you need to call a Security company if it isn't working after 11pm, as the reception is no longer staffed afterwards. No words for excuses on the next morning, only being told "this is how it works". Bathroom was worn out. Paint coming off the walls and tiles also being not too clean. Beds are stored on rolls, which cannot be fastened, so bed kept rolling...

Within distance to the venue. Didnt reallt check out anything as we got to the hotel and it was time to go to the party. Back and sleep to leave to go home next sau. Staff were lovely.

One night stay for work

It was a convenient location due to a nearby convention, with easy and free parking. However, considering the overall experience and what I mentioned above, the price still felt on the higher side.

The hotel was decent, but not luxurious and clearly dated in several areas. Check-in was easy, and access to the room was from outside. The room itself looked a bit old-fashioned — the remote control didn’t work properly (either the batteries were low or the remote was faulty). The room was clean, and there was a small coffee and tea setup, which was nice. Everything appeared tidy, although the soap was almost finished. You could tell from the mirror and shower curtain that the bathroom had seen better days and could use some updating. The bed was comfortable, and I slept well. However, since there was no air conditioning, I had to keep the window open. Although there’s a shutter to block out light, it gets quite noisy — and it’s unpleasant when the neighbor decides to smoke a joint several times during the evening and night. Breakfast was okay — nicely presented and well taken care of, but quite simple. Everything you’d expect was there, just nothing special or extra. Overall, a decent stay, but the hotel could benefit from some updates and better ventilation.

Value for money, convenient for cycling, staff lovely.

Food was delicious. We had dinner on the terrace and it was lovely. We could store our e-bikes and charge them overnight.

Location by a busy road and a bit too far from town to walk but we were cycling so it was okay for us

There was no manager for the two nights we stayed and we couldn't have a drink at the bar, so then I think you should have a little fridge in the room.

Nice peronel but as we wanted to book several nights more, and we did the previous evening. The next morning they said it was overbooked and we had to leave. Without looking for a solution or booking in a new hotel !!!!
