A decent hotel.

The hotel was basic but comfortable enough for what you pay. The location was good - very quiet and close to two bus lines towards the city center. The staff was also very friendly.

The cleanliness in the room could have been better. Some of the breakfast items were a bit stale.

OK stay

The bed was comfortable and the food was good.

On arrival I had to wait for a while to get into my room. The self check-in machines did not work, so a staff member had to help me instead. She had to go get a manager as she couldn't work it out. She was uttering something like that there was no room available even though I had booked and already paid for it. There is an app you can install to open your room door. This worked once and then stopped working. The shower in the bathroom has a glass panel that is supposed to stop the water from the shower going into the rest of the bathroom. The panel is too narrow, which means that the bathroom does get wet. Clearly a design mistake. The hotel.has a carpark, but it's not free. This information isn't easy to find. Furthermore, it was not clear that I had to go ask a staff member to scan my carparking ticket before I could leave the carpark. I had prepaid for parking.

very friendly staff, comfortable room. Breakfast was good, not an extensive choice but great fresh orange machine! very close to bus stop to get to train station.

Great location for our needs.

Rooms were clean and cosy. The breakfast was good, not a huge choice but very nice, and the restaurant had some decent dishes for an evening meal. Bar snacks were good too.

A nice hotel for a short stay

The room was clean, with quite new furniture, a functional and clean bathroom, and comfortable beds. The breakfast included in the room price was really nice, with a lot of choices of drinks and food.

The parking was not included in the price of the room and was quite expensive at 10€ per night. The bathroom was not very convenient as the toilet was next to an open shower, so we had to cross it to use the facilities, which meant our feet were always wet.

Lovely comfortable room and very good air conditioning. Free fruit was a lovely touch. We had problems with checking in and Rita was very helpful.

The beds were very comfortable but I found the thinner mattress topper moved in the night.

Reasonably priced, pleasant hotel in a good location

Location was good. Quiet. Close to transport links. Ample parking, reasonably priced. Staff very friendly and quick to address any issues or concerns. The room was clean and comfy, though small. Good range of TV channels in multiple languages. A good selection of beers on tap and some nice bar food, especially the pizza... Delicious!

The rooms were on the small side and twin beds were quite narrow. Breakfast felt expensive for what was provided - the range of hot breakfast food was quite limited and not frequently replenished. Similarly occasionally lacking in fruit salad. And I would have expected all breakfast machines (coffee machine, waffle maker, juicer etc.) to be switched on and up to working temperature in time for breakfast to begin, and not turned on half way through.

You delayed my laundry more than 4days. And you paid me 65euro for laundry. I thought it was too expensive but I didnt say anything at that time. And you ask me to pay more? Isn't there any conscience as a human being? Didn't you feel any shame at all? If you wanted me to pay more 22euro, you should well-served me more. The e-mail you'd sent me would be the worst mail I've ever taken. So It's your mistake and I dont want pay more as you treat me like dirty asian monkey. I only paid 7euros in another hotel in Tilburg. My laundries were much more than.
