Modern and tranquil room

It's a quiet place in a residential neighborhood close to Tilburg University. The room is modern and clean.

It feels a bit strange that you are not allowed to order food in your room, like there are too many rules for something you pay that much money for.

Everything was great, location surprised us, hostess was great and professional, great garden view, good value for money. 10/10 would recommend.

The only small point I would like to point out is that in the night it got a bit cold and the radiator didn't turn on but there were extra blankets and it was spring so it wasn't to bad.

Great caring owner, cosy and practical place for a short stay.

Very nice place: room with bathroom and everything which is needed for a short stay: fridge, coffee maker and even little patio to drink coffee outside. Breakfast showing that the owner is caring person. Additionally great home parfumes from Rituals and lots of things making cosy atmosphere. Parking just at the house. Location close to Tilburg university campus.

I really enjoyed my stay

Overall, I was very happy with the apartment. I was in Tilburg for a conference at the university. For that purpose the location of the apartment is perfect because it is only 5 minutes by walk. Moreover, the breakfast was delicious and the apartment was clean.

Breakfast (brought to the room) was outstanding. The property was somewhat difficult to identify in the neighborhood. The host was delightful and very helpful. The room (an extension of a luxurious private home) was minimally lighted but has all the comforts.

Knusse kamer, lekker ontbijt!

De B&B is heel rustig gelegen buiten het centrum. Toch ben je op 10 min met de auto in het hartje van Tilburg. De kamer en badkamer waren heel mooi, proper en netjes. De bedden liggen super goed! Er waren extra dekentjes en een kacheltje voorzien. In januari kan het koud zijn, maar wij hebben het absoluut niet koud gehad op de kamer. Ook het ontbijt was verzorgd en hele lekker! Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw. Ze hielp ons ook om een reservering te maken bij een restaurantje in de buurt. Deze B&B is echt een aanrader!

Goede afspraak over sleutelplek, vriendelijke gastvrouw, gratis parkeren, half uurtje lopen naar het centrum.

Lawaaierige waterpomp van de vijver buiten (dus herriestoppers mee!) en ik miste een vloerkleedje voor mijn voetjes. Verder top
