Fantastic for a great price

The host was incredebly kind. The studio was very clean and the location is right at the city centre. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was very warm. Overall, it was 10/10, would totally book again. Thank you Esther for the hospitality!

Beautiful, quiet, and centrally located – a perfect apartment that exceeded all my expectations

The apartment exceeded all my expectations – beautifully and tastefully furnished. The location is perfect, with plenty of cafés and bars to explore nearby. Despite being so central, it was very quiet. From the top-floor apartment, I had a wonderful view – it felt like a cozy nest. Esther was a perfect host: she explained everything to me and regularly checked in to see if I needed anything or if everything was okay. She even brought me a bottle of wine, and there were fresh fruit, water, coffee, and tea in the apartment. Truly perfect – I will definitely come back and can highly recommend it!

Spacious studio with a comfy bed and good aircon; impeccable cleanliness; simple but stylish decor with timber included (which I really like); all facilities, kitchenware, etc. are in place for comfortable stay and basically are welcoming to use.

Just one thing to say that the shower cabin is quite small/narrow.

Lovely, cozy, well located in the heart of Tilburg!!

Basically, all in this accommodation was lovely, the bed is cozy, the room is spacious, the location is perfect to walk and discover Tilburg, the attentions and warmest treatment from Esther makes you feel so welcome!! was a lovely surprise find this place!!!

The only thing didn’t like me, was leave Netherlands! oh, talking about the NineT7, all was perfect!!

Esthe clearly takes great pride in NineT7; the little details always make a stay special and everything was lovely here, from the beers upon arrival, to the little chocolates with our coffee (which were replenished every day) It's also situated in a lovely part of town.

Wij hebben erg genoten van ons weekendje Tilburg! Niet alleen van de stad, maar ook van deze geweldige B&B. We werden warm ontvangen door Esther die ons netjes alles uitlegde en zelfs nog een welkomstdrankje aanbood. Ook was de B&B erg schoon en waren alle faciliteiten aanwezig! Kortom: Wij hebben een fantastisch weekendje gehad in deze geweldige B&B!

Andra gången jag hyr hos NineT7 och kommer gärna tillbaka. Så mysig lägenhet, båda rummen!

Toppenläge, supercharmig lägenhet. Vackert renoverad. Sköna sängar. Skönt med Aircondition på sommaren. Gott kaffe o har de köksprylar man behöver för några dagar i staden.

Väldigt smal, brant trappa upp till rummet.

Lekker frisse inrichting. Gelegen op een prima locatie middenin de stad en dichtbij het station en parkeergelegenheid. Toch heerlijk rustig in de nachtelijke uren. Comfy bedden en voldoende huisraad en handdoeken beschikbaar. Attente eigenaars die je alles willen doen om het je nog meer naar het zin te maken. Oh.. En een heerlijk biertje bij aankomst was een perfect begin van het weekend.
