Excellent room, very spacious and a comfy bed. Booked this room because I had an audition and couldn't have wished for more. The staff was very hospitable: we even got a free wine and beer at arrival!
There was a bit of a sewery smell from out of the sink in the kitchen area, but other than that I don't have anything to comment on. Great place.

Wij hebben erg genoten van ons weekendje Tilburg! Niet alleen van de stad, maar ook van deze geweldige B&B. We werden warm ontvangen door Esther die ons netjes alles uitlegde en zelfs nog een welkomstdrankje aanbood. Ook was de B&B erg schoon en waren alle faciliteiten aanwezig! Kortom: Wij hebben een fantastisch weekendje gehad in deze geweldige B&B!

The host was incredebly kind. The studio was very clean and the location is right at the city centre. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was very warm. Overall, it was 10/10, would totally book again. Thank you Esther for the hospitality!
