The atmosphere, the cleanliness, the area, the host, the breakfast.
There is no door for the toilet, just a curtain.

Classy room in classy, remodeled building, loved the eclectic decor and the little touches including books, chargers, maps, and tea and coffee - loved the big water carafe and the glass of wine in the fridge. Bed and pillows super comfortable. Room with a lovely street view from two floor to ceiling window sets and very quiet at night. Friendly host, BIG breakfast that set me up for the day. Nice friendly kitty appeared @ breakfast.
By myself so wanted to watch TV at night and the wifi wasn't so hot as the TV kept circling. It was not that important for me but would be annoying if you wanted to seriously watch.

Very cosy, almost like being with family. The host was very attentive and friendly. Communication was quick and efficient.
The walls are quite thin. Fortunately, the other guests were also very quiet and considerate.
