Very nice family room, clean and spacious. Loved the breakfast set up. We would be back for the breakfast :)

Very pricey. The pool was small and overcrowded. It was not clear where to get pool towels if at all available .

Ok for a comfortable sleep , but can find a better place next time

Modern facilities. Breakfast was good but it wasn’t included, had to pay extra , with a lot of variety which was a big positive .

But the food in the restaurant every time we went for dinner is terrible . And so expensive ! Every time we wanted to give it another chance , it was terrible , could not eat it. Not worth it ! The service is very average too . Location is not the best , have to drive to shops , restaurants, pharmacy and ect.

Great Family friendly Hotel with big rooms

Family room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was very nice. Beds were comfy, kids loved the bunkbeds with slides. Swimming pool was great and nice and quiet.

We did not drive so a little way out of town and 100 Euros on taxi from Eindhoven Airport.

Highly recommended; will be back!

My husband and I got flu and my husband was hospitalised with pneumonia. The hotel was only 1.5km from the hospital. However, as I was infectious I was self isolating; I couldn’t think of a nicer, more comfortable place to isolate. The staff were all very helpful and sympathetic. Housekeeping were wonderful and made sure that I had clean towels etc. everyday. It’s such a lovely hotel and the rooms are beautifully decorated.

The only negative is that the toilet light automatically came on (there was no switch to turn it off); not ideal for an insomniac! The light is really bright and woke me up when I needed the loo at night.

Not customer friendly

The hotel charged fees despite of a traffic accident on the way there. Seems like they are really short on clients to hold so hard on the cancelation policy

the staff in the restaurant during lunch - all of them - had absolutely no intetest in us.. we were not seen despite trying to get attention many times. Absolutely not ok. Order for simple drink also took long and when asked ot was not available. Then se tried again for diner to get a seat but as we patiently waited at the entrance to be guided to a table at least 6 people saw us but we were just ignored and nobody took care so we walked away and had diner elsewhere. Entrance at breakfast was ok by the way, different team obviously iinstead of we guess students or interns or holidayworkers with zero interest in clients and service

Pretentious design with a warmth of a big railway station. However, my favorite part is their service:" We could have helped you but, you know what? We actualy don't give a fxxx" Avoid.

It was good and relaxing time. Really enjoyed top floor swimming pool and wellness facilities

Room is spacy and well organised. Bathroom is lovely and really enjoyable

It would be great to have an ability to chose smaller and flatter pillow. Otherwise, some of us have to sleep without any pillow. Temperature control in the room can be better set up - we did not manage to work it out
