Stylish, tasteful, delicous, friendly, close to city center

Beautiful, comfortable hotel with a stylish, tasteful design, colourful in the lobby and hallway, cozy and calm in the rooms. Quiet in spite of being situated between the railway track and a parking lot, free parking from 6pm to 9am and on Sun- and holidays. Couldn’t enjoy the apparently comfortable deck furniture on the terrace in front of our room with top to bottom windows due to snowfall 🥶❄️😉. Tea and coffeemaker and fridge in the room, choice of beverages offered by the hotel in the lobby and room. Tastefully furnished and decorated breakfast room with the biggest choice of options I’ve ever had for breakfast in a European city 🤩😍. Very friendly staff. Easy check in check out. 10/10! Thank you very much. Highly recommended.

Cosy Comfortable amd Friendly and Tasty

Very friendly and receptive personnel. Despite the railway next thing to the building it’s surprisingly QUITE ! Very tasty and rich buffet for the breakfast ! Would strongly recommend !

Very poor air conditioning in the room. We were not given our booked room but ‘upgraded’ to a studio across the road but would have probably preferred our original room.

Would use again if in Turnhout

Great location next to the railway station and a five minute walk from the town square. Nice breakfast. Plenty of gluten and dairy free options. Room was large and comfortable enough for the 2 nights we stayed. (Rooms with a terrace were available) Staff extremely helpful and friendly.

Overall okay but too expensive for what you get.

Clean rooms, central location

Outdated bathrooms for this price point. Noisy hallway. The breakfast looked extensive but there was almost nothing left and no staff to be seen. Sandwiches and pistolets were not that good.

Superb

A very nice room with a terrace. The breakfast was very good with a very wide range of choice. A good location with public parking at a good price just outside. There is a Japanese style restaurant next door which offers a discount to hotel users. We visited the restaurant and enjoyed the meal.

The kettle in our room did not work - but we had our own anyway.

Great location but bad service

Its Location

We didn’t get the right room that we booked. We booked a room with queen size bed, but instead we get a two single beds together. The breakfast was until 10:30, but at 10 the all tables were with dirty dishes and multiple food was already over. My girlfriend ask an employee for croissants 🥐 and he said he didn’t have time to make them. The are short of employees, the receptionist was the cleaning the tables and doing the dishes of the breakfast.

A great hotel choice right next to the train station.

The hotel is right next to the new train station of Turnhout, which has been proven very convenient especially for those who are on a professional trip. You literally get off the train and enter the hotel room! I was given a room with a balcony. It was a nicely warm room while the temperature outside was below zero. It was very clean and the personnel was very helpful and friendly.

Inside the room I could hear a little bit of the cars passing by the street.

Enjoyable visit

Staff very helpful. When we ended up in a cheaper room than what we booked, they compensated for it with complimentary breakfast. Can't beat the location. so handy to public transport! Bright, clean, quiet, and with character. Been there before, will book again.
