Good location, bad breakfast, bad thermal comfort

Location was good and close to our work site

Breakfast offered starting from 9:00 in the morning, otherwise a very poor packaged cold breakfast is offered The room was like a sauna (when climate over 25C) due to the roof poor thermal insulation: wooden roof with no insulation from inside .. this is no human residence design :( Big room with tiny single window (around 50*70cm)

nice location, too bad about the festival & communication

we stayed there for a wedding nearby. So distance wise, it was great. The park is a nice location if you want to enjoy the outdoors. Parking is nearby. The breakfast was AWESOME, i think i havent see so much food for a breakfast in a long time.

when we arrived there was a Scouts (Chiro) festival. So there was kids running around every where. Music playing and lots of noice. Specially in the morning around 730am (next to our window). Too bad that the B&B didnt commuicate this with us before we arrived. So we were in for a big surprise when we arrived. There is no airco, so it was hot in the room, and open the windows in the nature = mosquitos & noice from the festival. The doors slam close, so during the nice & morning you heard doors slamming every which way. the picture shows the view out of our room in the morning

The food

The staff were unfriendly and unprofessio al, Check in was terrable with no Recption , the room was extremely hot and the shower did not draim, after speaking with them about it twice, no hotel Bill and last but not least, the walls are really thin u can everything ! I will never come back again.

Really enjoyed my stay. Very unusual place

Wow this place is unusual. It looks like and old army barracks from Napoleon times or Stables. It took a while to find out where to check in. Once i had i was taken to my room which was quite big and had a very comfy bed. The only thing i would say against the room was no TV but that wasn't a problem. There is a Brasserie there that does really good food and although it doesn't open until 9am they did sort me some breakfast as i was leaving earlier. Ask about the history of this place if you stay here as it is really interesting and they were more than happy to explain about what it was before becoming a hotel.

I cant really think of anything that was bad about the place to be honest. The wifi was good, the food was good, so was the beer. If i wanted to be picky the brasserie didn't have a menu in English but i could understand enough to be able to order my food without it.

Geweldig wat een lieve medewerkers

De kamer Geweldig schoon stijle trap naar boven maar was voor ons geen probleem met koffers (al zijn we 60 + en het meisje dat ons de kamer liet zien vroeg (heel lief ) zal ik de koffer omhoog tillen . Mooie properen kamer 👍 goed gegeten in het restaurant en een meer dan geweldig ontbijt echt super veel etagère vol zeel lieve bediening 👌 kort op super we zijn daar vaker geweest wordt alleen maar beter 👌👌👌👌

Heel gezellig, cosy verblijf met warm personeel dat aan alle details denkt.

Het ontbijt was fantastisch! We werden verwend met een uitgebreid en lekker ontbijt. We overnachtten er om ons 1 jarig huwelijk te vieren en kregen er ook nog een dessertenplateau bij als verrassing. Zo attent!

De kamer was perfect, maar alleen jammer dat er geen waterkoker was. We hadden graag nog een theetje gedronken maar dat was niet mogelijk. Buiten dat was alles prima!!

Luogo tranquillo ed isolato immerso nel verde. Una rigorosa ristrutturazione di una enorme fattoria centenaria. Colazione abbondante dolce e salata ottima; stanza grande e pulita giornalmente; ristorante collegato alla struttura di ottima qualità; parcheggio gratuito a fianco della fattoria

La stanza è a due livelli, con la zona bagno al piano superiore. Forse le scale non sono per tutti.

Verblijf in Colonie 7.

Rustige mooie kamer met mezzanine. Mooi en lekker ontbijt met heel vriendelijke bediening aan de tafel. Tevens is er een restaurant, waar je a la carte kan eten.

Enkel een tv en koelkast ontbrak, maar dat hoeft geen probleem te zijn. Er stond wel een grotere vitrine koelkast in de gemeenschappelijke gang aan de kamers.

De kamer was erg mooi, gezellig en charmant. De bedden lagen heel goed. Het ontbijt werd aan tafel geserveerd en heel lekker en meer dan voldoende. Personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Alles was naar wens.

Alles, de omgeving, locatie, kamer, dineren en ontbijt. Het kon niet beter. We hebben een heerlijke overnachting in een mooie kamer gehad en zeer goed gegeten in een sfeervol restaurant met zeer gastvrije bediening en niet te vergeten gastvrije ontvangst bij aankomst.

Tolle Unterkunft, wenn man bei einer Hochzeit in der nahegelegenen Location teilnimmt :-)

Das Hotel liegt zwar mitten in der Pampa, mehr oder weniger abseits jeglicher Zivilisation (okay wenn man Glück hat, fährt der Bus, der einmal pro Stunde in der Nähe fahren sollte), aber für uns war es ideal, weil wir bei einer Hochzeit waren, die nur etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt stattgefunden hat. Das frühstück in der Brasserie war sehr gut. Man bekommt Ei mit Speck, Käse, Schinken, jede Menge Bäckereien, Brot, Semmel, Butter, Marmelade, Orangensaft, Kaffee, Tee, Wasser, Joghurt, etc. (Müsli hat mir gefehlt, aber es war auch so schon mehr als genug :-) ). Mein Sohn ernährt sich ausschließlich vegan und die nette Bedienung dort hat sich sehr mühe gegeben, auch ihm ein halbwegs gutes Frühstück zu servieren. Sie hat ihm dafür eine große Schüssel Obstsalat mit frischen Früchten serviert ;-) Das Zimmer selbst war schön groß mit einer Treppe zum Obergeschoß, wo sich Dusche, WC und Bad befanden.

Evtl noch Müsli und Hafer- oder Sojamilch zum Frühstück für Veganer wäre toll.

Kempische topgastvrijheid

Verrassende ontbijtformule. Zeker voldoende en lekker. Locatie is heerlijk gelegen in een ruim historisch domein te midden het weidse platteland van de Noorderkempen. Veel wandel- en fietsroutes.

Wij komen heel graag terug, als dat geen compliment is!

De locatie was zeer verrassend. Wat een prachtig project. Het ontbijt was uitstekend en overvloedig.

De vloer bij de douche wordt drijfnat. We misten een drempel, vloer is nat erg glad. Helaas ontbrak een waterkoker om thee te maken. Wij zien dat als beginnersfoutjes.

Het was prachtig, wij hebben genoten.

Heerlijk gevarieerd ontbijt, kregen zelfs papieren zakjes om de overgebleven broodje i.v.m. het gaan fietsen te kunnen meenemen. In de 5 dagen, verschillende gerechten geprobeerd en allemaal super lekker! Bedden iedere dag mooi opgemaakt. Flesjes drinken stonden klaar, snoepjes, shampoo enz. Personeel aardig en hardwerkend, wij voelden ons iedere keer Welkom.

Mensen slecht te been geen aanrader i.vm drie trappen. Misten een kast en t.v. Life muziek op het terras, zou ook wel leuk zijn! Waarschijnlijk wordt dit allemaal, met de verbouwing uitgebreid?
