Staff and old part of hotel is lovely, but I would recommend to come visit and not actually stay the night here.

The lovely staff are definitely the highlight of the property. Also the beautiful location and the older parts of the hotel.

Unfortunately I was given a room which the entire time smelled like urine, despite the cleaners cleaning it quite thoroughly. The mirror on the wardrobe was cracked. I was told by the hotel staff there’d be free water in the mini fridge but the room itself had no mini fridge nor water, just the kettle with a coffee machine. Another thing: please make sure to either bring food with you from somewhere else, as the restaurant near the hotel is closed, or make sure to book the dinner at the hotel in advance. However it was very overpriced for what I got (both evenings I had a buffet type dinner).

It is hidden away in the woods and quite area.

You could hear all the noise. The curtains brought in a lot of sun at daybreak. Why not offer a double bed duvet ? We had 2 single separate duvets for a double bed.

Very nice hotel (if you are happy to forgive little imperfections) in the middle of nature.

Fantastic location in the middle of nature/fields/farms, few minutes away from the motorway but very quiet. Great to walk around with your dogs. We arrived after 6pm so the reception was already closed but got good instructions where to get a key from the key box. Very straightforward. There was a coffee machine in the room but did not use it. Wonderful welcome gift for my furbabies (small bag of treats) Very comfy and soft beds. Despite the negatives I think we will visit again.

Rooms were pretty hot and there was no air conditioning. Windows did open but you could hear the music and the fireworks till early morning as there was some kind of a function going on. We stayed in schuur1 and unfortunately some blokes were smoking cigarettes in their rooms so the whole complex smelled pretty badly. The grounds definitely cater for big functions so I guess the little people (tourists) are not on the top of the list.

There must have been a wedding party and I only had single glass windows, so until quite late (after midnight) I could hear the music. But I didn't have to wake up early the next morning, so it didn't bother me too much.

Clean and gorgeous hotel. Highly recommend

Priorij corsendonk was a great find! Location was so quiet and peaceful and the buildings were beautiful to look at. Decor in room is basic but I cannot fault this hotel. Everything was perfectly clean, worked and worked well, room was huge, bed comfy, staff were super friendly and room services was great. I have stayed in more expensive hotels in Reti that are 4stars and would choose Corsendonk over them from now on! Highly recommend.

Heating in room was very hot, but with the high ceilings and plenty of windows to open a little it worked well and we were lovely and warm despite it being almost freezing outside.

Unfortunately not as good as the first time we stayed there due to lack of staff.

The breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice. Unfortunately when we got there all the tables were covered with dirty plates and rubbish and we had to clear a spot so we could sit and have our breakfast.

Lack of staff. Waited 20 minutes at the bar and rang the bell 4 times. No one arrived so we left and went back to our room. We tried to book a table for dinner on line but it was never confirmed and when we arrived the restaurant was fully booked. Our room was pleasant, but it was a twin room when we had booked a double room. There was no phone, toiletries, tea and coffee and a lot a things in bathroom were broken. Also one of the towels was dirty and wet from the previous guests.

the rooms are extremely uncomfortable, no water, only 1 nespresso, no space for working with PC, 1 TV station was out in the evening, far too expensive, breakfast was moderate, but the location is marvellous..

Location is superb: quiet but still not far away of everything. The staff - and specially Kathleen - are very helpfull with eveything you ask. Breakfast is extensive. Dinner @ Akko is very recommended. Clean roomwith good beds and service. Sauna is great.

one small thing: the hammam was out of service due to Corona. Some evening no place at the parking of the hotel due to the people visiting the pop-up bar and use the parking of the hotel therefor.

Disappointing and overpriced

Great setting in an old monastery and on big grounds. Quiet location.

The bathroom seat in Gastenkwartier room 1was old and absolutely disgusting. The room as well as the 3 course dinner are much overpriced and not value for money. One (large) bottle of water was 8 euro's, it took 2 hours for serving the same standard meal to about 20 people who were all there at the same time and though the setting was nice the meal itself was quite plain. Overall, a disappointing experience for the accommidation as well as for the dinner.
