A good place to stay when in Aachen.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accommodations and the helpfulness of the staff. We very much appreciated the strong young man carrying both of our large suitcases to our room. The breakfast was very good too. All in all, a good place to stay when in Aachen.

Avoid ground floor rooms.

Easy to find next to a petrol station. Clean room. Comfortable bed. OK breakfast. Friendly reception staff.

Busy location where you need to keep window closed at all times due to traffic passing. Avoid ground floor rooms on service corridor next to noisy breakfast room. Also noise from night access door slamming late. Definitely avoid room 04, which has obscure glass in window so no view at all and was claustrophobic. Parking behind the hotel got full up quickly despite paying for a space.

I was on a trip to Spain the 27th of September and discovered that the room next to me was "booked" by people from Middle East (Syria maybe), anyway I went to bed at 10pm and realised that my neighboors were having party till more than 6am! Crazy... I went to their room to tell them to be quiet because they were singing and playing loud music. They said sorry but after 10 minutes they started again. I think they were refugees otherwise I don´t understand it. Maybe the hotel is ok but my overnight stay was a nightmare. I could only sleep for 4 hours and that was a success... The responsible for the hotel should take care that the customers can sleep well. Never again.

Superb

Easy to reach from the highway. We had a problem with the key of the room, but quickly solved by the staff. Parking was easy (at 5 euros per night). Breakfast was good even if, due to the Covid restrictions and the small breakfast room, you have to "book" in advance the timing for your breakfast.

The hotel is just next to a gas station, so don't expect a great landscape. You need a 20/30 minutes walk to reach the city center.

Superb

The room was neat and clean. The staff was extremely nice, we even got a room with a balcony even though we didn't order that. Very nice breakfast (not for vegans or lactose intolerant people). Good shower.

It was a bit expensive for a hotel which was outside of the city centre. There were issues with the water in the morning in the rooms.

Everything was great. Nice personal. The room was small, but cozy. Nice big bathroom. Brekfast the nice and fresh. They had a safe parking for my motorbike.

You had to walk 15-20 minutes to restaurants in i the town center.

Very clean & convenient to Aachen CHIO.

I was in town for the Aachen horse show which was only about a 7 minute walk from hotel. This place was great for me. Great breakfast. They even allowed me to store my luggage on my last day until the afternoon.

No restaurants nearby but that was OK.
