Charged at arrival even not stated in booking, not willing to reimburse the money you get twice.
You charged me twice and I did write and phone to you and you said you reimburse me and I did not receive any money.
Very difficult to talk to you. You do not understand English or you do not want to provide me a bank statement as proof for reimbursement of the money charged twice. I have sent you my bank statements as proof of double charge and I get only a row from a table with some figures, not a bank statemet. Probably you do not know what this is a bank statement.

Comfy and very clean rooms but the hotel would be better with a better hotel manager
Modern hotel with comfortable and clean rooms. Very easy to reach by car.
If you come a little bit late to the breakfast (like 10.30, the breakfast is until 11.00), you might find that things are finished and not being refilled. Also apparently they don't have enough trays, cups and plates, because they might all be in the dishwasher at 10.30.

Perfect for a short stopover
Comfortable, clean and spacious rooms. Perfect to find by car and very close to the autobahn. Good breakfast included in the rate.
Parking is on the expensive side, but free street parking is available nearby.

The position was very suitable for work and I could walk easily into town for evening meals and after work shopping
The wifi was a bit slow once it had been set up and the bed was firmer than I would have liked. Otherwise everything else was excellent even the slightly changing breakfast options each day

Close to the city center, about 1.4 km. Nice location nearby a great park to walk the dogs. Great location to park the car, easy to get there from the highway
The only downside this time was an elevator that was out of order.
