I think the place would have been perfect a few tears back.. However I would suggest and a though check by the owners t

The location was fantastic the views were unbelievable

There were a few problems, the kitchen was supposed to be equipped for Max 12 people.. There wasn't enough bowls..misding utensils, broken blender .. One of the beds was broken making a very uncomfortable sleep (this was rectified ) Also I can only advise to take any photos on arrival of anything broken as when we left we had €132 taken from our deposit for a broken cupboard (we had a photo to prove it was already broken ) We asked if we could have compensation, the property refused, However booking.com help out with a credit, to compensate our bad experience!

It is really a scam, not worth it for the money

The place is well located with really good views to the lake and the kitchen is very well equipped with a lot of items to cook

We feel we were scammed. The place is sold for 12 people but it is really uncomfortable for 12. There were only two full rooms equipped with a bed and a toilet but then there were two spaces with double beds (one upstairs) connected to the kitchen and with no toilet access unless you entered one of the rooms, and downstairs the space of that double bed was right next to a table, with a sliding door. The worst is the bedroom with the two bunk beds: barely no space to even enter. Clearly not enough space to store clothes and luggages, etc. In general, not enough space to have the whole group chilling as all the spaces where taken with the sofa beds. The sauna was also very small (not all could fit) and the path to arrive to the house was also very complicated, it was snowed and icy and nobody takes care of the road so we had to park down the hill. Really, so sad to make this review but we don’t believe it is worth the amount of money and the house shouldn’t be sold for 12 people if you want to have a nice and comfortable stay!

I would definitely recommend this place if it is for one family or less than 6 people.

Someone greeting at the appartment with the keys, rather than trying to find the office would have been appreciated, as would a small welcome pack, milk, water, etc. A small criticism, only one hair drier for the whole chalet. Be prepared for a very steep climb up to the chalet, taxi's refused to go up the road as too much snow and ice.
