staff at desk believe surname Ellis and the waiter now sure of his name only know he had worked around 22 year went over and above to accommodate all of our needs, having mobility problems (on walking stick) helped all they could to make stay excellent
possibly a more varied special menu, we stayed five nights so same special menu

Room was large and comfortable. The receptionist was lovely and very helpful. Riverside was nice and peaceful.
Understaffed and over rated. The food was not up to the price standard and room price was well over the top. Was expecting something of opulence and was disappointed.
