Room was tiny. Location wasn’t great but it was convenient. Nothing much around. We stayed overnight on a drive to Spain from The UK.

staff tried hard but failed. Due to bad management?

Location well out of town and in the middle off a building site both roads and hotel..This is not a hotel for a visitor to the area. A bus and tram ride to town. About 35 to 45 minutes away. There was nothing available in the bar. No spirits. No Champaigne.. The meal was very limited in choice and extortionate in price.

Pleasant

The hotel is convenient for an overnight stay on route to Spain. It is quiet and very clean The breakfast is very good and the staff are very pleasant. It is also dog friendly.

The bathroom in our room was clean and fresh but very small . The hotel provides a good breakfast but does not have a restaurant for evening meals , this Is inconvenient as we had to go out to find somewhere to eat after a long days drive. We were advised of this in advance so knew about it but it is definitely a downside to the hotel.
