Okay for passing through Haskovo

The room was huge (even had a couch and a second table) and clean, and the bed was quite soft but very comfortable. The staff was very nice to me, speaking good english. I liked having a bath tub and the large amount of towels in the bathroom. The location is perfect.

Lacked of sockets ! There was not even one free : I had to unplug every lamp in order to charge my phone and camera batteries. The facilities were quite bad : the toilet didn't flush properly ; I had to flush 3 or 4 times in a row. The shower head couldn't reach its holder on the wall, not very convenient. Moreover, the evacuation hole of the bath tub was very dirty. The curtains did not screen the light properly. The walls and the window were not sound proof : I could hear music and people from the street and from the other rooms, and in addition I could hear steps above the ceiling ! I think the hotel should at least give you earplugs.

The rooms should be separated as smoking and non-smoking. There was heavy smell of smoke in our room.

Fine hotel for one day stay in Haskovo

I liked the location of the hotel, the size of the room, the balcony. Had a spacious view from the terrace. The woman at the reception was very kind. The price was good.

The bathroom had a broken shower-head, and the ventilator didn't seem to work. There was no furniture at the balcony.

Excelent short stay în Haskovo

We stayed here for one night in transit to Greece. The rooms were clean and really big. We did not have breakfast because we left early. The hotel is close to City center.

Good location hotel

Big and clean room. although furniture was a bit old it was clean. The staff was nice and cooperative. We got a garage to park our bikes in.

There was no mineral water to buy at reception and tap water was not good enough! Parking facilities were not adequate as well.

Maybe it's time to renovate the hotel. The bathroom certainly needs renovation due to outdated inventory and poor hygiene. There was no shower in the bathroom. Shower water flowed all over the bathroom floor. This is unacceptable by today's standards.

Hotelul este situat in centru, usor de gasit, cu loc se parcare. Am rezervat o suita, spatioasa, luminoasa, cu paturi bune situata la etajul 5. Personalul a fost amabil, am platit cu cardul inainte de plecare.

In linistea noptii se auzeau ceva scartieturi de la instalatia de aer conditionat care ar trebui inlaturate
