It was good if you are not counting spa and pools, e.g during spring

Hotel and the place itself is great, rooms are clean, stuff is supportive and polite

Great place to visit!

The place is great, the view is stunning. The hotel is very good but need some improvements. Restaurant is beyond Bulgarian standards.

The mattresses were very bad! Carpets in the room need more cleaning and there are spider webs at the walls.

Amazing view, wonderful resort, and super friendly staff. The location is perfect and allows the guests to easily reach many of the Thracian sanctuaries spread around the area.

What a great view!

Everything was top-notch and the 10-star rating is properly deserved. Staff was smiling and friendly. Room (apartment) was big with everything needed in it, and even more. View from the balcony was WOW! We arrived late at night and at the next morning when we opened the windows the view was stunning! The dedicated parking was big, but not sure if it will be enough in high-season (Glavatarski Han offers a lot of accommodation and maybe external access to swimming pools at summer)

Personal opinion - the restaurant was a bit overpriced for the price of the rooms. Everything we tasted was good, but not that great (for example, salads were running around 14BGN)

The hotel is a great place to stay and explore the region full of historical and natural wonders.

The apartment is really spacious with modern furniture and two bathrooms - pretty comfortable for a family of four. Such a room is more suitable for a five star hotel :-)

On Par With My Expectations

Beautiful location, new and clean rooms.

- Meals at the hotel were a little bit expensive. - There were few activities to keep children busy. - There was a little place called Kid's Club but it was not run well and dusty. - Shared toilets nearby pools were not clean enough and there was no soap at Men's toilet. - No information about the hotel and its amenities at the check-in.

All said, a wonderful weekend get-away to relax & to enjoy the backdrop of the lake & the Rhodopes

Breakfast was very good, nice selection. The location of the hotel was excellent. The reception and staff were very friendly and helpful. We definitely would visit again.

The restaurant evening service was slow, with long waits for your order to be taken and for the meal to eventually arrive. The meat dishes ie the homemade beef meatballs were disappointing and overpriced. Unpleasent having cats jumping onto the table and grabbing your food right from your plate.

Very nice location and an amazing resort and pool. The breakfast was good and the staff at the hotel is quite efficient and kind

The staff at the pool could have been more gentle and tolerant. Closing the pool facilities at 19:00 could be too early and maybe guests could have been allowed to stay at least on the sun beds. Drinks are expensive
