Friendly staff, secure parking. Rooms are a bit Spartan, but comfortable. Excellent restaurant.

A nice hotel, a little bit outdated, clean, comfortable, a good balance price-quality, helpful staff. We received invoice when we checked in, very quickly and also a copy the other days, upon our request.

I am very satisfied with my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel’s location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area. I highly recommend this accommodation for its great value for money.

The garden was a pleasant feature of the property, offering a calm outdoor space despite being surrounded by high apartment buildings. The property was generally quiet, although its location feels quite remote from the central part of the city. The reception staff were courteous and reasonably helpful throughout the stay. In addition, the restaurant staff stood out as professional, friendly, and attentive, contributing positively to the overall experience. The elevator (only one was functional) was also a positive aspect — it was modern, glassy, quick, and clean, which added a small but noticeable touch of quality to the stay.

The room lacked basic in-room amenities that are typically expected. The bathroom was only stocked with very basic, low-quality soap, with no proper cosmetic set provided. There were also insufficient towels and towel hangers, which made it inconvenient during the stay. Several practical issues affected the overall comfort. Slippers had to be requested from the reception, despite the expectation that they would already be available in the room. The in-room safe was not functional, as it had no batteries installed and appeared to be locked in place. The refrigerator was also problematic, producing noticeable noise while offering little effective cooling. The room door system felt outdated and inconvenient, relying on a traditional key rather than a modern card system. The door itself was difficult to open and close smoothly, requiring force and producing loud banging noise, which further affected comfort and usability. In addition, the property is not conveniently located for walking access. It is primarily reachable by private car or taxi, and feels relatively remote compared to the central part of the city, which further limits convenience for guests without transport. While the property benefits from a pleasant garden backdrop, the presence of tall surrounding apartment buildings significantly undermines the intended atmosphere of solitude, privacy, and calm. Instead of a fully tranquil setting, the view and surroundings feel somewhat enclosed and urbanized. Overall, while the stay was acceptable, the room maintenance, basic amenities, location convenience, and overall atmosphere did not meet expected standards and left a noticeably poor impression. Overall, the experience fell short of expectations across several aspects, and I doubt I will stay there again.
