Room and bathroom very new and stylish. Located in a quiet park-like area. Great restaurant on site. Very good WiFi.

Small but clean and recently renovated room. Good restaurant with very polite and friendly staff. Food is delicious. Ample parking in front of the hotel.

Took a little longer to check in. It would be useful to change the old sign on the road as it is damaged, it will help people that haven't been there before find the hotel easier.

Excellent value for money is a spacious, comfortable room

the property was very clean and spacious. The beds and bedding was extremely comfortable

the bathroom door could do with painting. the shower had a curtain which took away from the clean crisp hotel feel. Maintenance work commenced at 8am with drilling in the corridor

Really nice hotel, you can get fast to city centre with car.

The room was like a freezer at the beginning. The only way to heat up is by air-conditioning, which worked, but I needed to wait a while. But this is a problem only in the winter period. And the room could be a little bit cleaner.

the most comfortable room we experienced from all our trip to Bulgaria. Tidy room, clean design and excellent bed. The receptionist are fluent in English, very polite and welcoming. The hotel is modern and well maintained. reasonable price for the given quality.
